Very poor service
Very poor service, my granddaughter birthday was completely ruined. The box wasn't whole or sealed it was broken, all the balloons were tangled up and the ribbon was so tangled full of knots. I sent an email of complaint to the company and scott told me to cut the strings off. I'm disappointed in the service and I'm sure if I were to cut the ribbon the balloons would sit at the hight of the ceiling which wouldn't be any good for a 3yr old child.

While we're sorry the box didn't arrive in the condition we hope for, the balloons themselves were intact. The ribbons had tangled slightly as you sent a picture - but not to the point of being unrecoverable.
The solution we provided would have helped them untangle quickly. You left out the additional instruction to reattach to the weight. This means they would not have sat ceiling height.
The issue you have is that we refused your demand for a full refund. The balloons were not damaged but tangled, this is not a reasonable request and to say the "birthday was completely ruined" is hyperbolic when it could have been simply resolved.
We will always deal with issues fairly - but you are not being fair in this instance.

Poor Service
I ordered two balloons for a baby shower. One arrived deflated leaving me to quickly find an alternative with not much time. The second has already started to deflate less then 24-hours since I have received it even though they are foil balloons. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care about the issue. I won’t be using these again for this reason and they are extremely over priced. If you can look elsewhere!!

I’m really sorry to hear you were left disappointed with the balloons you ordered. We can understand how stressful the situation may have been with the baby shower planning and the balloons.
You hadn’t let us know that there were any issues with the bubble balloon too, or we would have been able to help.
Upon receiving images of the deflating orb balloon, we issued a full refund immediately, as you told us you needed a replacement before 10am the following day. Unfortunately, DPD doesn’t offer next-day guaranteed delivery before 10am, only 12pm, which is why we issued a full refund for the Orb and a 20% discount code.
We hope the baby shower still went great, and thank you for your order. We hope you do try us again in the future.

My experience with this company was pretty poor this was a special birthday and because I haven’t seen my Son in few years his 40th was special and the ballons were nice but a cheap white rainbow weight was not the answer they could not even put a gold weight on too match the 5 ballons they didn’t deliver on the Monday and £15 for deliver on a Saturday so had too get them Friday while his birthday Monday but the girlie rainbow weight did not do it for me and he did comments the weight was a bit little girly you could have got them too put another colour of weight on I email company that I paid £44.00 for ballons and they said oh our supply’s were down because of Christmas I still get deliver or you could have went too any shop and got one just too boost your company so I would not recommend this company

Fabulous balloons, ordered a set of 3 balloons plus 2 separate numbers for a friend's birthday, they arrived on the day they were supposed to and I had a text early that morning providing the 1 hour delivery slot - the balloons were great and my friend loved them!
