I have not used Box Balloons before but based on previous reviews I thought I would give them a try.....a fab decision.
The ordering process was very straightforward, updates provided and balloons delivered promptly.

Have sent these balloons twice to grandchildren living in the United Kingdom. Living in New Zealand, it gave me so much pleasure to see the delight on my grandsons faces. Delivered on time, very easy. Would thoroughly recommend this product and business.

Really good balloons
Really good balloons. Disappointed spaceman balloon was not a available, so was asked to choose replacement or refund, this was the day before delivery! I was charged extra £8, through no fault of my own because of having to change balloon. NOT AMUSED!

We're sad to hear you were disappointed about the Spaceman balloons. Unfortunately, as it was explained, the batch was faulty, and we didn’t want to send you a balloon that was likely going to deflate in transit.
We offered you a full refund or the ability to choose a different display. You had originally ordered a 3-balloon display and chose a replacement display of 5 balloons. It would only be fair to charge you the price difference as you had chosen a display with two extra balloons.
If you were not happy to pay the difference and let us know, we would have been able to offer you a smaller, less expensive display or a full refund.
We hope the balloons were still loved and you choose to order from us again in the future.

We ordered a Bing theme set of 5 balloons. Delivery was on time, sadly the Bing character and one of the stars was half deflated, so quite disappointing since the Bing character was the main feature. Personally, for what I paid, I think it’s a bit overpriced too.

Sometimes, a tiny slow leak occurs, and though we do our best to quality check all our balloons before they leave us, sometimes things like this can get missed.
Unfortunately, you didn’t let us know there was a problem which we might have been able to rectify if you had let us know. We do put instructions on the care leaflet about what to do if there is a problem.
