Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Callum the engineer was very very good. I could not fault him, he was 10 stars from start to finish. Very clean and extremely knowledgeable.
I for one am extremely impressed and happy with my new boiler..

Always wanted air-conditioning

Always wanted air-conditioning. After having a few local companies quote I found that Boxt was the same price. But their service was outstanding, Just over a week from ordering it was installed.
From the electrician and the installer both came and long way as was a shortage of installers available. Where most companies would have rescheduled Boxt had it covered. And the job was done to a high standard with no mess. Would highly recommend.

Boxt were brilliant

Boxt were brilliant, 3 days from order to install (date chosen by me)

Engineer fantastic, pipework upgraded and tidied up the gaff on completion, very grateful for all involved.

Boiler move/installation

Will 100% recommend to everyone and anyone. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Constant updates and accurate time slots from the second we booked our installation.
Our engineer was Darren who came to remove our upstairs boiler and install our new boiler in the kitchen. From the second he arrived he was nothing but professional. Very friendly and easy to talk to which made the whole experience that much better. Darren was very tidy and made sure everything was perfect for us.
If you’re lucky enough to get Darren as your engineer then you’ll be just as impressed as I was with his work and definitely won’t be disappointed. Fantastic plumber and I can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for us.

Boxt bit ok but the the product is poor

I can’t fault the ordering process, or the engineer that came to install my EV charge point.
Some consultation on what was going to happen beforehand would have been nice though as I don’t like an outside isolator and I’d have had it installed different. Installer just did what he was told though.
The real problem through, the EV Charge point is a bad product. Drops off WiFi, can’t lock the connector away, no authorisation protocols to use. So anyone could just use it and I’d pay the bill. Support is really slow from the manufacturer too.

I booked an AM appointment

I booked an AM appointment, and took a day off work, your engineer arrived at 16.40 not his fault may I add. Why offer am or pm appointments if you cannot accommodate, really poor service, which I did not expect from a company I’ve recommended to my friends.
Please do better
