Back boiler to Combi
We had our ancient back boiler updated to a combi boiler and the experience was very smooth and professional. I have to admit that I did have some doubts about doing everything online but it all went well.
I would like to say a big thank you to Clair Dyson who delt with my phone calls and emails in a very professional, polite and friendly way - explaining stuff and getting things done. Great point of contact.
I would also like to thank Liam, the gas fitter guy who done the installation, such a patient guy who arrived early every day and worked hard to get the job done. He was also really good at explaining things in layman's terms and he was really neat and tidy. Also a really nice guy.
Great overall experience and all for a very reasonable price - win win.
PS. We needed an electrician to finish the job, Liam/BOXT sorted this out, and he was nice too although I don't know what his name was. I was charged extra for this work because it was outside of the original quote, which is fair enough, but the price for the additional work was very reasonable and the job was done at short notice.

Was good but could have been better.
Boxed installer was brilliant, lovely guy and very knowledgable. Sadly the BOXT delivery was late by about an hour and a half which delayed our day by a bit. Which was disappointing. I also feel the communication via email that is pre generated is great from BOXT but the live chat/ direct emails are a strange one. Almost kind of like chatting to a friend rather than a customer. Overall 3 stars with a few things that could make it better.

We returned from holiday to find our…
We returned from holiday to find our Nest thermostat and wall box had stopped talking, I contacted the helpline and they contacted BOXT. Very quickly we had an engineer (Wayne) who got in touch and arrived on time and did an excellent job getting it all up and running again. Communications were excellent, clean and tidy worker.
