My journey with BPAuctions.co.uk has been nothing short of exceptional. Their platform offers a seamless property search experience, and I've found it incredibly easy to navigate through listings and place bids. The team's professionalism and dedication have consistently exceeded my expectations.

I've had a really good experience with BP auctions. I was able to search and find properties with ease amongst a large list. I've been able to buy without hassle or problems and I'll be using them to buy my next property without a doubt.

A friend of mine appears to have been involved in some type of misunderstanding with a BP auction.. he’s paid over £9000 for a deposit, but now over £13000 in hidden charges have appeared… hopefully it’s a mistake of some kind … we’ve contacted the BBC today … we shall see,
So I’ve had a reply from BP auctions this morning, saying nobody has made a £9000 deposit lately and this post is cleary defamation, well in reply to you: I didn’t say it was £9000 as you can clearly see, I said it was over £9000, £9400 to be exact on the 24th January.
He’s contacted the BBC yesterday, they’ve replied saying they’ll be in touch in the next day or so, hopefully bp auctions will contact my friend and do the honourable thing .
Trust pilot have now asked for details of the alleged misunderstanding. It’s a disgrace to be honest, the fact that people are allowed to rip people off in this way is disgusting,

they are big scammers bought property end up paying approx £19000 exta which they hide in there terms which buyers fee and other hidden legal cost. the picture they put on auction website are totally different from what inside.I can't belive when I entered in house no boiler, no kitchen, no radiator, no bathroom , no electric , no gas meter

BP AUCTION has same director back in october 2022 who was director BARHAM PROPERTIES the company which sold property to me. you can verify this in companies house

Great company, efficient turnaround and helpful staff.

Scam company do not use them, they rip you off with ridiculous fees and ad ons, then make you pay the minute the auction ends then ghost you afterwards!

Avoid these cowboys at all costs

They never allow viewings on house, they will have many excuses no keys in hand bla bla bla, walk away and find other auction companies that can arrange viewings for real!!!! Because the properties could be totally different and much worse than what’s advertising! READ every words they says in contract and special conditions before you bid!!! Once you register to bid, you confirm their terms by law. The terms in Legal packs are extremely unreasonable they can happen with EXTRA COST not in digits, abnormal Hugh solicitors fee £10000 while normal is like £1500, 3 beds could turn out to be 2 beds, different interiors from photos, property May had burglars boiler missing copper pipes n wires were cut, the seller don’t provide keys or deed!!! Once you win the bid, you are legally bonded to finish the deal by law and no going back! Otherwise you lose deposit!
They are playing the game legally using the law! Make sure your solicitor and seller solicitors companies are regulated and catch up with the deadline, will be penalty if completion is late.
They use family company Area Zone Ltd or in other names to buy n sell auction houses, that’s why you get the worse deal ever. You might get the house but it’s overrated price, even more expensive than the market price, it’s unliveable that’s why they don’t reply on viewings, report to citizens advice n Trading Standard! Any information would help them collect n investigate, they can put down their business if they continue to cheat people like this

I’m glad to inform that Steven, the senior manager working for BP auctions called me himself, and said they would refund my deposit of GBP 5,400 as it was not their fault but rather the sellers solicitor for the flat 1, 15 Hartington Road.

BP policy don’t say a seller can charge “unlimited amount” after auction is ended, and in my case the sellers solicitor was charging 14,000 GBP in addition to the auction price. The winning action price was 11,000, and that is against BP auctions policy so Steven terminated our contract and listened to my concerns and handled it professionally, and I am expected to receive my deposit on Monday.

Update: deposit of 5,400 have been fully and completely received. Thank you Steven.

DISHONEST Auction House...SCAMM... NO LIABILITY for ANYTHING. The terms are not legitimate and they will ignore buyer by all means!

I have won an Auction property in Birmingham on 9 Oct 23 via BP Auction. I was pressured to make deposit payment immediately in a very rude pushy manner via WhatsUp + pay £1400 fees.

All contract were forwarded to my solicitor/broker/bridge lender etc.
The vendor solicitor purposely sabotaged and delayed completion. BP Auction House done nothing about it. Then asked for 15k fine for 1 day delay even it wasn't our fault and bridge takes 24 hours to release.

BP Auction are not following their terms of delays which states clearly 100-150 per day delay. And vendor just makes up new riles such as 15k cash fine MUST be paid to complete. NON-sense!

When asked, BP Auction to resolve it, BP Auction House keep referring to vendor solicitor and when vendor solicitor asked to negotiate as 15k fine is not reasonable, vendor/solicitor keep referring to BP Auction House! I lost BIG money by being coned in and not in control of my own last money I have. THIEVES!

The same property actually was sold 1 month prior my auction, and guess what it has not been completed!!

I hope you are enjoying yourself with 30K stolen cash from a mother who works hard to make a living Mr Vendor. I hope your family don't face the same unfair treatment. I will post name and shame your company shortly so other people never do business with you if no resolution!

I had an issue with a property i placed an offer on with BP auctions (unsold) . I called them and Steven was able to resolve the issue for me. I am happy with the way he handled it.

I've been a customer of BP Auctions for some time now, and while they have their merits, I can't say I'm fully satisfied with my experience.

On the positive side, their online auction service is innovative and convenient, allowing me to bid from the comfort of my own home or office. The range of properties they offer is quite extensive, catering to various preferences and needs.

However, there have been some drawbacks that have left me less than impressed. The introduction on their website is informative, but I've found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. I expected a more personalized and responsive approach, given the importance of property transactions.

Additionally, their website and online bidding system could use some improvement. It's not always user-friendly, and there have been times when I've encountered technical issues that disrupted the bidding process.

In conclusion, BP Auctions has the potential to be a top-notch property auction service, but there are areas where they need to step up their game. I hope to see improvements in their customer service and online platform in the future to provide a more seamless and satisfying experience for their customers.
