Excellent watch in superb condition as described by David over the phone , after seeing the watch on the website as a purchase for a 60 th birthday.
David was very helpful with the purchase and details. Unbelievably, delivery was within 24 hours of purchase .

A Milestone Timepiece
My first experience buying a watch from BQ was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Ben was incredibly helpful with the pricing, and Kaylie took the time to guide me through the process while I decided on the right piece, with no pressure whatsoever.
The level of aftercare has been just as impressive. Having traded in my previous watch, I later realised I wanted it back, and thankfully the team were able to accommodate that request.

Exceptional Service
My review is based on dealing with a wonderful lady called Nadia at BQ watches, during the sale of my Rolex watch.
The difference betwen BQ Watches and the 'Big Name' in used luxury watches in the UK is huge in a very positive way.
BQ Watches know how to treat customers and develop a customer relationship.
I recieved multiple telephone call all the along the process from a REAL human being, which is unusual but great to have such a clear/open communication line.
No hassles with haggling down the agreed price or other tricks the other Big-Name company uses,
Remarkably quick payment and all round the right way to run a reputable Luxury Watch Company and treat customers with respect.

I cannot recommend BQ Watches highly enough.
From my very first enquiry through to receiving my Rolex, the service from David was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.
Buying a luxury watch online is a big decision, but David made the whole experience feel effortless. He answered all of my questions promptly, negotiated fairly, and even asked for my wrist measurement before dispatch so the watch arrived perfectly sized and ready to wear. That level of attention to detail really impressed me.
The watch arrived exactly as described, I honestly couldn’t believe the condition – it is absolutely immaculate and has exceeded all of my expectations.
The little personal touches made the experience even more special. Opening the parcel to find a Dairy Milk chocolate made me smile and showed the care and thought that goes into every purchase.
I felt completely confident throughout the process. The communication was exceptional from start to finish, and the watch is simply stunning.
