I ordered 2 photo printers....they sent the paper but no printers...I have been emailing them and they keep saying the same thing in every email.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 portable devices for printing photos from a mobile phone and the printing paper. Only received the paper. Emailed them and still waiting to hear back. Complete scam of a company.

I ordered a bluetooth printer for my daughter for CHRISTMAS and they sent it to the wrong address. I fought with the post office because I thought it was their error but NOPE it was the incompetency of this company. They sent it "again" to the WRONG zip. I emailed them every day until they blocked me...... They took $65 from me with no intent of making good on their order,.

I bought a jacket that was being advertised on Facebook marketplace. The ad stated it was a heavy weight wool jacket. What I received from China was a polyester and cotton lightweight see-through piece of garbage. These guys are scammers and thieves. After complaining to PayPal, they finally did issue a return but it cost more to ship the item back to China than I paid for it in the first place. Total rip off

Ordered a mini printer for $55 and only received 4 small rolls of paper. Emailed the company and was told that's what I ordered. TOTAL SCAMMERS

Horrible site. Wish I had reviewed these comments before purchasing. I ordered 2 printers, but only got paper!! They won’t refund me, telling me this is what I ordered. I have the invoice.

Never been this bad at a company. Let's all come together and sue them. Going against own policy and not letting me turn anything. $110 down the freaking drain.

Worst company ever. Ordered small printer only got paper. Filed dispute thru PayPal. Will refund if I mail back paper to China. Will not pay for return shipping.

Ordered. Rev'd 2 months later and never Worked and no recourse. This is a scam company that close after Chistmas and took down website. Paid 80.00. No one to communicate with. Big scam company.

I ordered 2 printer incl 6 more rolls of printer paper. Only the 6 rolls arrived. After some mails they gave me a second tracking no and told me that I have to ask the parcel service. They could´t find anything. So I told it to paypal and after some weeks they wrote that braveduty will pay my money back and they pay for the package fees. That was really my worst order. Don´t order there.

This should be zero stars! Ordered 2 thermal printers for my kids for Christmas back in November and it never came, they sent fake shipping info, they said they were a company from California but shipping info was from China! They reply in broken English asking for me to be patient! Bs! They won't give me a refund and paypal wouldn't refund me because of the fake shipping info.

I ordered 3 printers and only got four rolls of paper. Probably cost the company 5 cents. I paid over $64.00 NEVER again. I ordered it on Facebook. Today I called the another company because I didn't find it on their website. They checked the item number. No such item...again on Facebook. I kept emailing them that I only got the paper rolls...SCAMMERS!!!!!!

They got me, these scammers got me.
The website is misleading and inaccurate, you won't received what you have ordered.
Two months transit time and almost 30 USD for something you cannot even use.
Customer Service is poor and unwilling to satisfy Customers.
DO NOT BUY from this site, not even a feather.

Scammers, charged my card 29$ for an item I never received. They sent 2 inch rolls of paper and said that was what I ordered. My PayPal acct confirms the item I know I ordered, it specifically says the item name, “mini printer” yet they blatantly lie and ignore it, instead repeatedly send me an invoice that supports their claim. Saying “look at your invoice”. The invoice was created after my purchase. It is an obvious scam, the item on my invoice isn’t even presented in the site that way. For 29$ they sent me a product worth 1$ , I emailed them several times and the person who responds “ Sophie Qin “ refuses to refund me or send the product or refer me to someone else who can help. I reported to BBB, I also plan to report to my credit card, and Instagram because it was there that I was advertised the fraudulent site.

Fkn false advertising. Say they send u a printer with paper n only send u paper rolls from China that take amount a month to get to you 😂🤦🏽‍♂️🖕🏽 Y’all a joke. Contact customer service n they b smart asses. They do nothing to help you get what u wanted. Instead tell u to go fk urself.

The company is 1 big scam. I ordered a printer for photographs for my daughter. They sent paper for it but no printer. I have emailed them about 10 times and they say the same rubbish every email. Got so fed up I have had to go to trading standards. This company is disgusting.
