Exact same situation as others! Noone has returned my emails. 6 Rolls of paper arrived instead of two printers after waiting 21 days. Were to be xmas presents for my children. Saw ad on Facebook! Complete POS!

Is a fake, it is a scam!! I bought a printer and six rusts of paper to print and after a month only the rusts have reached me. I have written asking for the printer and they do not respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two printers that come with 6 rolls of paper each. I waited over a month and just received two rolls of paper. When I emailed them they said that is what I ordered. I sent them proof of my order and they said there is nothing they can do.

Again as with other reviews I have been conned!! Almost £30.00 for 2 rolls of thermal paper, first time I've been done so will be more careful in future. I'm currently in an email war with them and I'm self isolating so have plenty of time to bombard them with litigation and annoying emails. I will not go away 😤

Do not buy from this company as from other reviews I to ordered a smart printer with six free rolls of paper and I waited for almost a month for my package and received one roll a paper. I emailed the company and the response was that is what I ordered and a roll of paper and I told them no and sent them a picture of what I ordered and they say they can't do anything about it. Never buy from them they are a fraud.

as with the other reviews, i just received two roles of paper instead of the printers i had ordered. paid $41.17USD for two rolls of paper.

This is a scamming site. They falsely promote products on facebook, Instagram and their website and then they change that promotion at the point of sale. I bought 3 Portable Photo Printers for $58 and 4 weeks later I got sent 5 rolls of thermal printer paper. I've queried this and they are trying to tell me that this is what I've bought, however this not on their promotions, it's not stated on any emails, and it's information that's hidden on the confirmation email which you only get once you purchased the product.

It should be ZERO stars! SCAMMERS...i ordered 2 printers plus 12 rolls of paper. I recieved just 2 rolls of paper. Email address wasn't valid. I used the email address on thank you note. They said i ordered 2 rolls of paper but wouldn't show me proof of my order...now they refuse to respond to me😡. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service experience. I had ordered 2 smart printers and 6 rolls of the paper. They sent me just two rolls of the paper instead. The email address they have on the website is invalid and I had to contact them via a thank you message they delivered with the incorrect item they sent to me. I sent them my order details, tacking number and the photos of the items and packaging which clearly states that the contents was only two rolls of paper and I repeatedly receieved this answer over and over again "so sorry. we do send you the correct item, so accordding to the returning policy, we will not support any channels for returning or exchanging, sorry for that case. thanks for your understanding, have a nice day" They don't answer any questions or give any customer service at all. Stay clear of ordering from this site.
