I will never do this mistake again: buying before reading comments regarding the company. So: DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the printer and only got rolls of paper. On my complaints I didn’t get any answer. How is it possible that they go on promoting their products with such bad reviews?

Do not buy from this company. I ordered the printer plus 6 rolls of thermal paper. I received the printer and no rolls of paper. The company said they would give me $3. I paid $70. They would not take the printer back so I could get a refund either. The printer is useless.

I thought I was purchasing a tiny printer for $38 and 2 rolls of printer paper. I only received 2 rolls of paper. The ad was very misleading. I asked to return for a refund and was told no refunds. Very displeased

Was scammed out of $97.93 which was for 7 Smart Photo Printers and all i got was 7 VERY SMALL rolls of thermal paper!!!! If I could give them a ZERO stars, I would!!!

If you could do less than 1 star I would, what a terrible company. After only receiving the paper rolls and NO printer i emailed them to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation, i even sent a screen shot of the purchase (like they couldn't bring it up themselves) but all they said is sorry i was displeased and they will try harder in the future!!! OMG... Why even bother responding if you aren't going to do anything at all!!!

I have also been scammed, but I'm not backing down. Will sort out a PayPal refund inquiry.

SCAM SCAM SCAM They had an offer for 2 printers for $40 and 12 rolls of paper. After countless attempts to find out where my order was I received only the paper 7 weeks later. Someone from China finally responded to my email and said I got what I ordered. I sent them a screen shot of the offer and my order and they said they are not going to do anything about it. DONT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

I also ordered 2 printers but received 2 rolls of thermal paper....wish i had read these reviews prior to order although my order clearly states 2 printers...this starts to change on the confirmation received....i have only received some of the paper due so they offered a refund for the remainder due by second package-not sure how i feel.....half scammed?Dissapointing gift for a child- a roll of paper!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM -Avoid!!! An absolutely dreadful company. I ordered 4 printers with 24 rolls Fir nieces Christmas presents (or so I thought). I received only 4 rolls of paper. e-Mail addresses invalid. Have raised a dispute through PayPal. The company says I only ordered paper!!?? Even though my photo, shipment email etc shoW different. Even if it was only paper - it should have been 6 rolls x 4. It’s almost $60 That I have been out. Company is a complete Scam

This company should be closed down they are scammed i ordered what I thought was 2 printers with 2 rolls of paper when I got the order all it was is paper what the hell is someone going to do with the paper without the printer never again will I trust a online advertising that sounds really good 27.95 is not much in away but in other ways it is when you didn't get what u ordered I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are scamming people sorry as hell

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. I ordered 2 smart photo printers with thermal photo paper, or thought I was. I have been going back and forth with them in emails and they say they sent me what I ordered. I sent them $27.95 and they sent me 2 rolls of thermal paper. Thief’s and Scammers. Do not buy anything from this company. I too would like to give them 0 stars. Is there someplace we can report them to? These were for my granddaughters for Christmas. I am so angry!!!

I have fallen for exactly the same - advert definitely says a printer but I have only received the paper. Stung but lesson learned. Please do not use this company for anything - no morals, no care, no service.

I would like to give it a zero. I purchased what was supposed to be a selfie printer with 6 rolls of paper. They only sent me papers with no printer. Somewhere in fine print it says extra rolls of paper only. This was supposed to be a great Xmas gift for my granddaughter. I wanted to cry, because she thought she was getting a selfie printer. This is the biggest scam I have ever had to deal with. Never again will I be taken by scammers such as this one. Please Learn from me and other victims like me

Embarrassed to say I too have been stung by these chancers. I ordered the mini phone printer and received 6 shabby roles of ‘printer paper’. Totally brushed off with all my complaint emails. It’s a total scam. You know when somethings too good to be true? That’s because it is. Think I’m going to have to write off the £30 and mark it down as a lesson learned. How many others have fallen foul to these thieves?? Gutted

A bunch of thieves! Misleading website. No tracking provided then the order was received wrong. Customer service was dismissive and unwilling to help, even in processing a return. A dozen emails and no resolution - just a kiss off.

This company is a scam. I ordered 1 mini printer and 6 rolls of paper. I did receive the printer but no thermal paper. When I emailed the company to inquire about the thermal paper they asked me to send them a picture of the packaging, the foam and case. I already threw the packaging away and have no idea what they are talking about in regard to the foam and case. I then asked for the address where I could return what I did receive, and they responded that I cannot return the item. I am opening a dispute through PayPal and hoping they will get my money back.

Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered 2 PeriPage Mini A6 printers for $65 each ($130). The description indicated that the printers include 6 rolls of paper. Received only the printers, but no paper. I responded to the order confirmation, and provided proof that that paper rolls should be included. They responded back asking if $3 compensation would be acceptable. (note - it would cost me about $25-$30 to order 12 rolls of paper). I responded indicating that was not acceptable, and that I just wanted them to send me remainder of my missing order. That email bounced back to me as "undeliverable". Retried sending the email several times, and kept bouncing back Tried calling customer service number several times, each time got a "mailbox full" message. Finally located a different customer support email address for this company, and sent an email to that, explaining everything that had happened, and reiterating that I just want my 12 rolls of paper. Their response was an offer of $5 compensation. I responded back, reiterating again that I don't want compensation, I just want the remainder of the missing part of my order. Have received no response back ever since.
