So good I wanted to steal my friend’s breakbottle
I tried the product when a friend lended me her breakbottle. I absolutely love it, keeps water fresh and cleans easily. I am definitely going to buy it myself but I wish there were more colours to choose from. It doesn’t match my Barbie-inspired colour scheme :(

Almost perfect.
I love the fact that you can add larger ice cubes, and break the bottle apart to thoroughly clean.
The soft bottom is great to stop that annoying noise when you pop the bottle down, but would be even better if there was a soft rim to drink from like my chilly bottle.
The attached lid is really handy.
Only downside really is that the bottle doesn't keep things quite as cold for quite as long, but it is definitely functional. I suspect that it is because of "break" because I have seen condensation build up there.

Delivery issues are much of the time outside of our control and we are more than happy to help whenever anyone experiences them. Also, if you ever have any issues with your bottle or otherwise, we are more than happy to help so reach out to us directly to get it resolved. As the bottle is modular, we can offer replacement parts if needed too.

Really love my breakbottle
Really love my breakbottle. Find that I’m keeping better hydrated when I’m on the go. Love its versatility and the fact that i can use it as a bottle for my water and a cup for my coffee. The soft dip spout makes it a pleasure to drink from. The best thing is that it can be cleaned thoroughly so that I’m confident that what I drink is free from bacteria.

Great Customer Service, nice bottle but…
It’s a great design. My first bottle was defective which they replaced pretty much straight away.
My only niggle is that it doesn’t keep water cool for the time they say it does. I can notice the water has gone from ice cold to cold in 4-5 hours. Overnight the water ice cold to almost room temp. That’s with the replacement bottle as well. Maybe I have just been unlucky and I really want to be able to say I love this bottle bt that’s my experience with it.
The company seems really helpful tho when you do run into an issue and the fact it’s a start up is the reason I didn’t ask for a refund.
Great customer service goes a long way.
I’ll check back when you have a version 2 available.

I'm glad to hear you like the design but sorry to hear that the insulation on your bottle doesn't quite meet your standards. Keeping your drinks cold and hot is super important to us which is why Breakbottle is double walled insulated.
But ultimately, making sure you can easily clean and maintain your bottle to keep it fresh and lasting longer is our main priority. Hopefully, the fact that you can easily add ice counteracts the minor shortfall in keeping your drinks cold!
For reference, we wouldn't normally recommend leaving your drink overnight as you should try to keep the water inside fresh and give it a good clean/dry before leaving for a longer period to avoid bacteria/bad smell build up. But we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us understand how our community uses our products.

I was very excited by the concept but mine leaks
I was very excited by the concept of the bottle. Generally, it is easier to clean than other bottles. I have several different bottles which are not impossible to clean but certainly take more time to clean than the breakbottle does. So I think it definitely hits the nail on the head there.
Personally, I would like to be able to take the lid off completely. This is a personal preference but I find the lid gets in the way and I have to think about it when I pick the bottle up to drink. There are a few places such as the gym where I just want to be able to get a quick drink in and I find myself getting slapped by the lid. It doesn't naturally spin to the bottom with gravity and as a glasses wearer, this is annoying.
My other bugbear is the silicon inside the lid gets mouldy and I do find this area quite tricky to keep squeaky clean.
My biggest concern though is that my bottle has begun to leak both from the centre and the lid. It has taken me a while to work out where it was coming from but if the bottle is full and I leave it on the side I will come back to find a trail of water trickling slowly from the centre seam. I have checked the seal and asked others to do the bottle up for me in case I am doing it wrong but to no avail. I then switched out the seal for the spare one provided and found the same thing which is disappointing. If I press the band around the middle you can see water oozing. I will have to go back to using my other bottle as I am just leaving little puddles everywhere I go with this one.

The bottle definitely should not leak, the lid should spin to the bottom and the seal should be easy to clean so I'm sorry if those issues have arisen.

Amazing water bottle
Amazing water bottle, so easy to put ice in the bottle for the summer! Hot drinks stay at a perfect drinkable temperature for work and I use the bottom of the flask as a cup to have my lemonade and ice after work. After seeing mine, my mother has bought one in blue, and my friend is looking to buy one as well. This company deserves all the recognition it can get!
