We first ordered from Brello in Sept, 2025 due to the low price. And then we joined the Support group on Facebook and found it really helpful. Even after reading about companies with lower prices I ordered from Brello again because of the Thrive Support Group, thinking of it as a big plus even though my husband wanted to go elsewhere. But it started to feel like a game show as time went on. Do this and win a prize. Watch this and win a prize. And for someone who works a lot and has a family to care for and doesn't have time to play games it got boring and felt less supportive and kind of like a popularity contest. I'm not complaining because I never won, we don't need to advertise a company in our house, I just think the goal of the group has changed and that's disappointing. And It feels like the company goal has changed. I know they have to grow and offer more products but sometimes I feel like these other products are being rammed down my throat because they are pushed so much. I don't like feeling that if I take a glp1 I HAVE to take other peptides. And theyre pushing so many expensive creams and protein foods and machines. Buy this Buy that, buy buy buy. I can't can't can't. I valued the support when we first joined but it doesn't feel.like it's there anymore.

I was in hospital during delivery, and my son was unclear on instructions. I’ve had many problems with Brello, while my child has had a great experience. I wrote CEO and was pushed off and condescended to. My experience isn’t worth your time. I have an MbA in marketing, do you could help me, or you can get some bad press.

I have been with Brello since January 2026, down almost 50lbs! The process has been extremely smooth and have zero complains or regrets.

I am thrilled to have found Brello for my weight loss needs. It cost a fraction of what I was paying locally. I am experiencing the same weight loss at 60% less in cost and I have had excellent customer service. The meds arrive well packed and preserved in ice to my house.

My experience has been fine. Very smooth. I haven’t required any assistance. The process is easy. I’d love a discount every now and again. But that’s it.

I have been a Brello customer the past six months and order Tirzepitide(GLP-1 and GIP) compounded with B6. They have weekly interactive live online events for cooking education and lifestyle education and encouragement. The licensed compounding pharmacy they partner with, Southend Pharmacy, is very efficient, fills and sends the medication within 2-5 days from the date the physician prescribes it, and it is sent overnight shipping refrigerated, a three month supply at a time. Brello offers an economical price for the medication, no membership fees, and the price remains the same, no matter the dosage increase or duration of use. They also provide maintenance. I can’t say enough great things about Brello. They have assisted me in making lifelong changes to my lifestyle and health. So far, I have lost 65 lbs in 8 months, and continue to lose every week about a half pound to three pounds! I chose Brello after leaving the care of a different compounding Tirzepatide provider which offered much less at double and eventually triple the cost! I highly recommend Brello. Five stars and will be a Brello customer for life.

I am so thankful I took a chance with Brello. Started taking their product in Dec 2025 and have loss 77 lbs. The customer service at Brello and their partner Southend Pharmacy is the best. They offer so much support through their weekly Lives, their Facebook page and Brello Rise is amazing. And to top it all off their price is reasonable compared to other online companies.

I’ve been very happy with Brello overall. The price is hard to beat, and once you get established, everything runs much more smoothly. My only complaint is that the onboarding process wasn’t the best and could have been better organized. I have been with them a year so the issues are probably worked out.
I’ve used compounded tirzepatide from several pharmacies, and Brello’s has been the strongest and most effective for me, personally. For the value, Brello has been the best. They are worth giving a try.

My experience with Brello has been excellent from beginning to the end. From ordering the med, receiving it, and the consultation with Dr. has been the only place online where it has gone so smoothly and fast. I've gotten in touch with customer service and they responded quickly and helped answer my questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The med I received came quickly and works great. The only negative thing is not offering deals or discount specials.

The entire process has been very easy. I’ve been using Brello for many months now and have never had an issue. I get updates when it’s time to renew which is always seamless. Shipping is fast and accurate.

The initial process was pretty easy. The medication worked well at first. My problem came when I was not ready for a refill and wasn’t sure about the process to change the date. Instead it was cancelled and I had to start over. I went up in dose but I am staying on the same weight. I was not able to access the website for a week or so during that time.

My experience with Brello has been amazing, I’ve lost enough weight to feel confident and still currently doing them just to maintain and keep food noise away! I’ve been a customer since March now and we are in August! I feel much better at my weight! The only thing I wish Brello could do would bring the price down just a bit more, positive there are no hidden fees though! You pay what you see! Just be aware it’s a 3 month subscription so you will get charged the same exact price every 3 months for more shots. I am on Tirzepatide. I love the community on Facebook as well, super helpful. I highly recommend them!

It was easy to get started with Brello but then they stopped shipping to Florida. Once they started shipping it was easy to get back on board. I have not had any problems with them and the weight loss has been slow and steady with very few issues. Very pleased with customer support

Brello has been a great find. Only issue I have is the several months I had to find another provider while they had to reapply/renew licensing in Florida. That was a very stressful time. Otherwise, medical team has been efficient and helpful, shipping has been fast and product had allowed me to lose over 80 pounds.
