I was nervous going to an online company for medical care. So far I have no complaints other than the app could be a little more robust. They work hard to foster a community which helps keep you motivated. They offer education as well as an online workout platform with pretty good short videos. They also have representatives from the company actively engaging with anyone in the Brello community who wants that on their social media platforms. I highly reccomend and am grateful I took a chance with Brello

This is a follow-up to my initial review. I paid $399 for 3 months of semaglutide from Brello. I initially signed up for Noom, but canceled after the initial trial because it was too expensive. I took Noom's shots for 3 weeks and lost 11 lb. It also quieted the food noise. I then switched to Brello, started their shots on week 4 and gained weight two weeks in a row and the food noise returned. I can only assume their starting dose is so low it does nothing. You do not have to take one dose for 3 months in order to get used to it so you don't have bad side effects. That's one of the lies they told me.

You buy a 3-month program, which is 3 months of semaglutide at the same dose. Good online providers increase at least monthly. Since the initial dose is doing nothing for me, I would have to wait until the 3 months is up, then renew at a higher dose and hope that works. If that doesn't work, I still have to be on it for 3 months, renew, and try a higher dose and hope that works. You could spend $800, $1200, $1600 before you even find your effective dose.

Brello 's customer service called me after they saw my initial review and asked me to call them to try to resolve it. They tried to convince me I don't know what I'm talking about and don't deserve my money back. Of course, they didn't say it that way. But in the end, same thing.

Brello is amazing and has a super comprehensive program tackling things from all angles. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in GLP and not wanting to go at it alone.

I really like Brello. However, as long as you don’t have an order issue outside the normal order procedure, everything proceeds very smoothly and in a timely manner. I am happy with the tirzepatide product. I tried the semaglutide but it was not effective for me, lost only 11 lbs in 9 month; with the tirzepatide i lost almost 10 lbs in less than 2 months. I’ve not really had to interact with a doctor other than basic health questions. I don’t have many side effects and feel fine on the medication.

My main issue is with their chat bot, or maybe it’s a real person on the chat option, and they’re just not very good at CS. My husband, also taking tirzepatide, says calling and talking to a live person is best. The chat is not reliable with regard to continuity of account and ordering and they either don’t fully read your message or understand what you need. I needed to change from sema to tirz but also put a couple week hold on the account between the switch and everything with my account got messed up, including them deleting my account. It took over two months and many contacts, telling the same story, to get it all cleared up and back on track.

Main takeaway is if you are doing straight forward ordering, the product is great. If you have something more complicated, call and talk to a person. I am happy with the product overall.

Fast shipping, good products, great community. No complaints

I’ve been on Tirzepatide through Brello Health for 15 months and have lost 120 pounds. I am very pleased with their customer service and quality of product. They also provide FREE workout videos, education and mental health support! Their online support groups where their customers get to interact with and support each other are AMAZING!

I have been a Brello Health customer since June 2025 and have been so happy I chose them. The customer service has always been there via phone when I needed them and the online support through the Thrive group has been worth every penny I’ve paid for my medication. I’m sad to see so many unhappy posts on here from people who either don’t realize they need to eat better and that the meds are just a tool to help you lose weight or people who can’t pick up the phone to call customer support and rely on emails or maybe even smoke signals to communicate. Pick up the phone, they will help you! Thank you Brello for being the help I needed to get my life back.

What a breath of fresh air Brello is! I was previously with the ‘elephant’MD but the prices were so night that I could no longer er afford T. I was off of the shot for several months until a co-worker told me how Brello has been such a blessing for her life, financially and mentally! After doing my own research and comparisons, Brello Health was the obvious winner! The customer service is TOP TIER! I love Brello Health, started my search for a great company with good prices when I wanted to switch to a compounding company for maintenance. I came for the price, but what I found was so much more!! I found a wonderful community with great people, all on a journey to better health. I am so glad I found Brello. I used another company for my GLP-1 but Brello has been so much better. The community, the constant price, the helpful staff and medical professionals. Everything. It’s been a blessing.

I’ve started my month 3 dosage last week. So far I’ve lost 14lbs. It really does help with the food noise and impulse snacking. The only bump I have ran into is it’s not very easy to talk to someone. The message center is set up like a chat but it takes a while for anyone to get back to me. If they do. I have questions about my renewal. Other users have advised I should have been contacted by now to review how the dosage is working but I have not. When I try to contact anyone at Brello I just get a dead chat or I’m on hold for over 20 minutes. This is a known problem among users. Hopefully it’s fixed soon for all of us. At the very least I would like to get a hold of someone before I’m charged.

Brello customer service is top notch. Any inquiries have been answered within 48 hours. Adjustment made to billing date because I’ll be out of town and want to ensure I’ll be here to receive shipment. Very pleased with Brello Tirz compound and my results.
