Friendly

Friendly, knowledgeable support.

My teamaker was not fixable and is outside of warranty - i use it everyday and have probably made 1800 pots of tea with it, so i am not that upset that it stopped working - i appreciate the 25% discount on the replacement i ordered.

Thank you for listening to my issues, and for being so willing to work with me. I appreciate receiving a replacement toaster oven which has had no significant glitches so far. I also appreciate your receptiveness to some observations I made about how to work around some of the issues I had identified associated with toasting and oven temperature. Your team has been so respectful and so willing to help. Very much appreciated.

Problem solved in 5 minutes!

I bought an expensive toaster in Dec 24. It never worked as well as my son’s one of the same model. I finally called Breville today to express my frustration with the toaster. The company is sending me a replacement next week. What excellent customer service. I wish I had called them ages ago!

Extremely helpful and responsive

I sent in a support request for my Barista touch, it was acting strange and had lost steam. I received email responses and was able to communicate back and forth very easily. The video conference call to actually View and diagnose the machine live was very helpful. To be able to work through steps to show to the company that there was an issue and what that issue was very specifically. Customer service is very friendly and very accessible.
