I bought an expensive toaster in Dec 24. It never worked as well as my son’s one of the same model. I finally called Breville today to express my frustration with the toaster. The company is sending me a replacement next week. What excellent customer service. I wish I had called them ages ago!

I am really impressed with how Breville handled my air fryer issue. Most companies don't take any responsibility for issues but Breville backed their product and supplied me with a new air fryer due to the defect. Thank you Breville!!
Extremely helpful and responsive
I sent in a support request for my Barista touch, it was acting strange and had lost steam. I received email responses and was able to communicate back and forth very easily. The video conference call to actually View and diagnose the machine live was very helpful. To be able to work through steps to show to the company that there was an issue and what that issue was very specifically. Customer service is very friendly and very accessible.
