Poor customer service
Shirts are great but one came with a really disgusting yellow stain on it, i asked for it to be swapped and theh said they would send a label to return it but its been a week and theyve said nothing

Service is excellent but jeans ordered supposed to be 28in leg but not,they are much longer same as the pair I bought a short while ago also longer than 28in. Sorry but won't be using you again. RegardsJeff

No refund.
I received 5 shirts but regretfully the size mentioned did not fit. So I returned them as per their instructions.
Despite providing the returns tracking number, which has been confirmed as delivered, no refund has yet been provided. Chased up with 3 follow up emails which have all been ignored. Still waiting for the refund some 3 weeks after return.
Would not be so bad if they acknowledged the emails instead of ignoring them.
