Advertises clothes for sale and then get a message saying OUT OF STOCK, only after payment made. It then took 21 days and numerous e-mails to finally get a refund. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Firstly, I must say how pleased I am with the shirt from my recent Order #4135. This is the first time I have purchased from you, as I normally have to get shirts made to measure. I’m 18½ stone and 6ft 6", long in the body and arms, and the fit of this shirt is excellent. I’m really happy with the colour, the fabric, and especially the length — it’s perfect for tucking in.
I noticed your current 2-shirt deal for £120.00. I was wondering if it’s still possible for me to take advantage of this offer, perhaps by adding a second shirt or adjusting the order.
I also wanted to ask whether you offer the same fabric in a shirt designed to be worn untucked, and if you make shirts with a cut-away collar as well.

I purchased a rugby top and returned it…
I purchased a rugby top and returned it on 25th October. The reason was that the shirt was far too big, and way larger than the label described. It was one of three I purchased, and the other ones were correctly sized.
The package was special delivery registered to arrive on Monday 28th October.
I have heard nothing from Brian Oak, and the only phone number I can find is a mobile which is switched off 07950 328498.
Date today is 4th November, and there has been no contact, update, courtesy call. When paying in advance, it is necessary for the trader to provide service. The product was faulty, but they have my money. And there is no way I can reach them. The letter I sent with the returned article explained why and provided my personal details.
While the two items which were acceptable were good, the service is not and clearly I will not be using them again.
Since that negative review I have received amazing service and wonderful care. I take it all back unreservedly. I have purchased 6 rugby shirts and 1 pr trousers, and all are excellent quality and fit. I shall buy more and recommend others to do so.
