I visited the Enfield Showroom which had a tremendous display and choice, but the customer experience was elevated to a completely different level upon meeting Bruno, their Sales Co-ordinator. He took the time to explain all the products and care to ensure my needs and aspirations were met. I cannot recommend this bespoke experience enough and am now excited to take receipt of my outdoor and all weather furniture. Do not be fooled by cheaper alternatives that are merely 'Resistant' and flatter to deceive.

Kensington chairs
I saw the Kensington chairs online and knew they would be perfect for my kitchen. I just needed to see them in person to check the size and colour.
We met “Bruno” at the showroom and he was more than happy to help.

Now, where do I start?
I did give the delivery guys a mention previously on another review, they were great! On time, kept in contact,
built up the furniture, and took all the packaging away. Good job guys!
However, a special mention for Edita, she is without doubt at the heart of Bridgmans. I was adding to my previous Bridgman garden furniture, and discovered that the catalogue names had been updated, so a bit of detective was required on my part. Lo and behold I found Edita Vesili, my saviour. She answered all of my queries and more besides. Knowing the garden furniture was expensive, and I was spending over £3,750 I had to get it right. We got it right ok, and I owe it at all to Edita. Please thank her for me.

I recently contacted Bridgman for a garden furniture brochure. The products are stunning,but I want to rave about the superb customer service that we received with Bruno Harris. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays,but his was exceptional. He had a lovely warm,friendly manner, he listened, and was helpful without being pushy. A genuinely outstanding product
A genuinely outstanding product. Expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. Elee in Cheltenham, and then Bruno in Enfield had so much product knowledge - we would never have bought this furniture without their excellent insight, customer care and support. Bruno took us through to closing the deal and he could not have been more helpful at every stage. We are exceptionally grateful both to him for all he did in selling the product to us and also to the senior team at Bridgman for producing such first class furniture!

You would expect using a company like this would be better than a garden centre……wrong !
It took nine months to receive the full order so was unable to use it in the summer months when order was made in March . They have compensated for their errors but on our request and not their decision .

The lounger is amazing
The lounger is amazing, the covers are really low quality. I'm on my third. Even with a new upgraded design, the secure tie has now come off. Disappointing from such an excellent brand otherwise.

Bridgman Sofas and Tables
The support from Bruno was excellent. He contacted me as soon as i requested a brochure, supported me choosing options and then arranging delivery. The quality of the sofas & tables is good.
Only issue was the way the sofas were packed for delivery, and stacked too high and they had slipped sideways during transit, making it difficult to offload and unpack. this could have caused damage & i would suggest more separate pallets for similar size orders.

The first time I dealt with Bridgman, I bought two sofas after visiting their returned products warehouse in Enfield. They were delivered and set up the very next day!
This year I bought a large garden sofa and a matching dining set without seeing them in person first! Bruno set them up for me in the showroom and sent videos. His patience knows no bounds! I am delighted with them!
Yet again they were delivered promptly by very pleasant staff, fully assembled for me and all packaging was taken away.
I am delighted with the exceptional service I received from Bruno and the delivery men and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bridgman.
