Half as good for twice the price
We are a payroll bureau for 68 clients and a happy Brightpay user for over 10 years. Believing the hype, that it was as good if not better than the desktop version, we converted to Cloud Brightpay last month and have instantly regretted it. It is desktop lite!! it lacks a lot of the functionality which made the desktop version such smooth and polished software; consequently it is taking another 3 hours a month to achieve the same outcomes for the client Disappointing!!

Making the decision to move to Bright Pay Cloud was very easy once I received a demonstration from Joel and the team. They answered all of my queries and showed how easy it was to migrate from Thesaurus payroll.
It was so easy to get up and running and the system is very easy to navigate!

Refund Backlog
I recently transitioned to BrightPay’s new cloud platform and paid my fees upfront using a credit card. However, I was subsequently charged twice more in error. BrightPay has acknowledged the duplicate charges and confirmed that a refund would be issued for the two additional payments.
Despite this acknowledgment, it has now been over three weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund or any meaningful update. I have followed up twice this week, but unfortunately, I found the responses from your support team to be dismissive and unprofessional, which has only added to my frustration.
