I've been with Brillband for a while and at the start i wasn't getting the speeds i was paying for but realized it was due to my old supplier not releasing the line to Brillband so Scott who has been nothing but helpful through the whole process i finally got connected Yesterday through open-reach id definitely recommend this company who basically jumped through hoops to get me connected they care about there customers and there based in Scotland thanks Brillband

Setup wasn't as straightforward as i was expecting but I got there in the end - well before the Brillband agents responded to my query on whatsapp. Thats the reason this isn't a 5 star review. Now that I'm all set up, everything is great. The speed is all I need although the eero 7 router isn't as good as I was expecting it to be - I've had to get another to extend the wifi to the back of the house reliably.
All in all, I'm very happy I've switched to Brillband.

Was with Brillband for many years always a great service, no issues at all, only left due to moving country, but the experience of finishing up the contract and ending it was made super easy, fast and straightforward without any charges,A special mention of the customer service agent I dealt with Alisha, who was very friendly and helpful making the experience straight forward and easy and enjoyable.
