I saw one review that said the review should be zero. They sent me a tracking number for June 23rd for an item ordered in late May and the tracking has shown no movement at all. When I email them and ask about the item they keep sending me the tracking number. They are terrible! I don't believe I will ever get my item and plan to dispute the charge.

HORRIBLE!!! Wish I had read these reviews earlier!!! My rating should be ZERO. I ordered an iPad stand on 5/3/20. I hadn’t received any notice re: delivery so on 6/23/20 I signed up for USPS tracking via text & email. Next day I received text it was in CA. On 7/6/20, I received text it was delivered To my zip code in the afternoon. Since I didn’t have the item, I figured it was going to be delivered the next day being in my postal zone. NOTHING! A few days later I went to PO to inquire about my package. Their records indicated it was delivered and was told to check my yard and ask my neighbors if they received my package by mistake. RIDICULOUS!!! I filed a PO claim online and in 3 days they said claim was resolved. BUT I STILL HAD NO PRODUCT!!!! I called the PO and was told they would not refund me anything since their records say it was delivered and that I had to have the company BRILLIAIRE file a claim against the PO for lost product. So far the response has been the same as PO that the package was successfully delivered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered jewel pen and jewels to apply to goods, this was advertised as small jewels size of a pea to apply to glasses shoes t-shirts etc, I constantly chased order and finally (after 3 months) received box of jewels that were the size of grains of sand!!! No Pen but then the jewels were too small to be picked up by anything, SCAM SITE _ NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE

Order never arrived and tracking number did not exist

So disappointed. Ordered two eye shadows and never received them, 3 months later. I emailed customer support and got an auto-reply that the email box was full. $25 lost.

I ordered 2 crystal craft pens from this scam website and never received anything, when I tried to track my order there was no tracking info available. Please don't buy from these people! They are liars and will get what they deserve 1 way or another! They don't deserve 0% of a star. God will take care of them.

This company is a scam. I ordered some oximeters and they took my money from PayPal and I have never in 4 months received my order

Disgraceful company. I’ve ordered two products two months ago, nothing has turned up. I’ve emailed several times asking for a refund with no response. My next port of call will be to my bank as a disputed charge. I wish I’d checked them out before ordering.

Ordered 2 phone chargers april 1. It's now July 10 and still havent seen them. They also added 2 apple chargers to my order and charged me a total of 57.oo. nothing but thieves. fb needs to check out advertisers before allowing them on their site. Very pissed and dissapointed

If I could give 0 I would. I placed order on early June and the tracking number says item was picked up.. on June 10 and hasent moved. I sent 4 emails to company with no response. I click on view my order from the confirmation email and the page can not be found.. this company is a scam!

If I could check no stars I would have. I have ordered a product, was charged and never received it. When I tried to reach out it said there is no such shop!!!! SCAM!!!!!

Not happy with Brilliare. Items received were incorrect. Tried contacting the company several times with no results.

Honest to God, I wish I looked at this site before ordering.

Glass cutter was ordered well over a month ago—according to tracking it hasn’t moved.

Do yourself a favor don’t order from them.

Im still waiting on my order from May.... I ordered a bling glue gun and its still say shipped. They play with people money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.... they don't deserve even 1 star.... I ordered and paid for 2 craft pens , I ordered 2 as it would not allow 1, minimum order was 2, after waiting 58 days my parcel arrived, there was NO CRAFT PENS. just two pots of the crystals that came free with the pens.... the cost with postage was 23 GBP.... I opened a case with Paypal and because the parcel was tracked and they sent proof of delivery to Paypal I could not get my money back.... This is clearly how they work... send a parcel with cheap crap or stuff not ordered and because of proof of delivery no money will be returned.... this company must be making a fortune ripping people off. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN.

Placed an order for 2 eyeshadow pallets,took over 80 days to reach me,didn't respond to emails ,tracking number said it was wrong.
Have finally received my oreder however they have sent the wrong colour!!!!!
Couldn't be bothered to even try and contact them...

Don't spend any money on theses people. I haven’t ever received my order that I’ve order over 3 months now. I’ve sent them emails after emails, no response to any of them and no refund back. This places is a joke!!!! Wish I could give them no stars!!!

Do not....do not send them a penny. Never recd my order. Never a reply to emails. Thank God it was only 20 bucks. Shame on these slugs.

I ordered 2 magnetic phone chargers a month ago. Never received an email confirming order, never received any tracking information whatsoever. I have sent countless emails to the ONLY customer service email they have. I have not received a SINGLE reply back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

I ordered 2 magnetic cables a month ago. I went to the website to contact them. I clicked on support at brilliare.com and it opened a new e-mail to support at 9Uppa.com. They said the #BR order number was nothing to do with them. I was directed to Brilliare originally from Facebook. Do not trust any trade organisations on Facebook, they are not checked. The whole thing is a scam and I will never trust anything to do with Mark Zuckerberg again.
