Do not order from them. They do not even deserve a star. It's a SCAM! I never got my order or my money back. This company needs shut down!

Please do not order from this company. I ordered since May, I have sent uncountable emails to ask for my stuff. No response at all. It’s a scam!

They took my money for telephone charging cables, but have yet to deliver for months now. Kissing the cash goodbye... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Unless you are simply making a donation.

They don’t even deserve a star, my wife order 3 of iPhone charges 2 months ago I have wrote them tried calling and even asked for my money back! I haven’t received ANYTHING and those charges was 15$ a peace at the time!! I’m pissed tf off and I would NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered through Briliaire's Facebook ad. I ordered the 2400 pieces of rhinestones AND the stupid pen. I ordered on 8 March 2020 and just received the rhinestones without the pen. I contacted the company and they told me that I placed an order for only the rhinestones on their website - I didn't. I ordered the pen. I only wanted the pen but it came with the stones. The stones are completely useless for my purpose as they are too small (PP24 perhaps). I now have tiny rhinestones that have to be hand glued. The demonstration on the Facebook ad shows large rhinestones (SS41 or thereabouts) - I don't see how that pen would work with these tiny stones. Complete waste of my money and time. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: The worst. I was totally a sucker to buy from this company without checking reviews. Ordered a month ago and got a supposed USPS tracking number which for 2 weeks now has said "On it Way."
Support email is never answered. I've likely just lost my $24.

I dont even want to give the 1 star i did. I have been waiting for over 1month to get an email saying my package was delivered when it was not. I contacted USPS because thats how it was supposed to be delivered and they have no record of any package of mine from this comapany. I want a total refund, and id like more for wasted time and energy. I couldve went somewhere else in the amount of time I waited and now the gift aspect of this is so far gone, because now my daughter isnt even here anymore!! BEYOND PISSED!!!!!!

This is a zero rating... after waiting nearly a month for my item, I realised it wasn’t coming!!! I checked the tracking number they gave me only to find it just says the same thing as it always did ‘order information received’ It’s not even been sent!!! I’m so furious right now reading these reviews! I hope they 💩 a 🍍 for the rest of their lives!

DO NOT USE You will not get what you ordered. I order white blonde hair extensions Paid $50 AUD and got the most disgusting YELLOW hair extension.
You can not contact them or leave feedback on their site either.

Don't order from this company I order a month ago and still haven't got my package and have emailed them 3 times and no reply back IAM going to report them on all sites

Im getting very disappointed i order from this place June 7 nevered received a tracking number im still waiting....now im reading this site might be a scam . Ooh no hopefully I get for what I paid .

DO NOT USE this company for ANYthing! I've ordered two different items from them, and not only have they not arrived (>3 months), Brilliaire doesn't respond to queries, doesn't provide tracking information, and it looks like I'm just out the $.
Doesn't matter how inexpensive something is, if it never arrives. It's still basically just a donation to Brilliaire.
DO NOT USE. You'll be sorry if you do.

The hair extension took a very long time to arrive - about 8 weeks but this could be due to covid. I got the item now and the hair extension is excellent and i have ordered two more.
