This company is a SCAM. They take your money and you don't get the product. When I wanted to track my delivery it said the label has not been made. Live and learn. Do Not Order from them.

Ordered from facebook ad in March 2020. The embroidery accessories “diamond painting pen& rhinestones.” 83 days later package comes June 3/20 no painting pen only cheapo rhinestones. It was supposed to take 3 weeks. Doing cc chargeback! Scamming company that does no longer respond to emails.

It is a scam.Stay away from this online shopping fraud.Does not deserve any star.

Brilliaire is a ripoff company. Not sure if it is even legit. BEWARE. FAKE SHIPPING NUMBERS. NEVER RECEIVE PURCHASES.

Giving them 1 star because I finally received my product after waiting almost 40 days. I ordered the duo eyeshadow and when it arrived it had disintegrated in the package and is useless now. I was surprised to find the company that makes it DNM Beauty is out of Boulder Colorado and I am in Denver. I will never order again from Brilliare

I order magnetic eyelashes on April 11th. I still haven’t received the product. I received a tracking number on April 24th saying my order was on the way. On May 17 I contacted them on Facebook and messenger. They responded “our estimated shipping should take 15-20 days depending on your location and courier.” They asked for my order number and shipping number. I provided it and was told to standby for more tracking information that would be available as soon as the package reached my local carrier. On May 30, 2020 I received a completely different tracking number. When I DM them on Messenger and asked why, they said they did not have access to details in chat and to email them. So I emailed asked about the new tracking number and at that time I also asked for a refund. On May 30, I DM them again and asked for a refund. They said wait 15 days for the tracking information to be updated. I emailed again on June 1st requested a refund again. I received separate email from customer service stating they are still waiting for tracking information to be updated on their website and recheck in 15 days. Needless to say, I’ll be contacting my credit card company today to do a dispute.

This is the third email I'm sending regarding the incorrect address you have on my order after reading all the reviews I know that this website is a scam and I would like you to return my money to PayPal as soon as possible.

I wish I would've read all the reviews before I ordered. Now I am right there with you not receiving my order or an email explaining why. Even after contacting support 2 times. I give them less than a ZERO, but they don't let you!!!
You really need to make this right with a lot of people!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would!!! It took them forever to get my “express shipping here” then when I received my item it was not what I ordered! I contacted them via email they responded and will not send me the correct item. I sent another message asking for a direct contact number and they will not respond!!! I do not recommend you ordering from this company!!

I ordered over 2 months ago and payed for express shipping said it be here i 7 days. Even got 2 different emails saying it was shipped. Still nothing. Like many reviews I seen I paid with PayPal and will get my money back!!

I ordered March 30, 2020, Paypal took money out. Still nothing. Sent emails with no response. SCAM!

I wish I had looked here first. Items I received were nothing like what was advertised and what I did get was worse than poor quality. I didn't spend a lot luckily but they won't get a red cent out of me again 👎👎👎👎👎👎

This company is a scam. I thought I was safe paying with PayPal but they denied the claim as they gave a tracking number but I never actually received any items 3 months later! Furious doesn't cover it. Avoid.

Over two months, and all I get is BS emails. Now they send a tracking number -- and the package hasn't even been shipped (and probably never will be). Buyer beware!

This place is a big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have emailed a number of times and no reply. I just wish I had read reviews before I bought. Absolute joke.
