Awful experience
What an awful shopping experience with Brilliaire I have just had.
After waiting several weeks for items to arrive from china they finally arrived, but the main components were missing. Contacted paypal to try and get a refund as Brilliaire would not reply to my emails
Pay pal has told me to send back what did arrive via tracked mail to china.
Well, the cost of tracked mail is almost £30 and considering the cost of the parts to return cost about £2 then it does not make sense to return
The overall cost, including the goods that were missing was £18
Paypal would not offer any other help so it looks like I just put it down to experience and not use brilliaire again
