I've been shopping with Brindly since 2022, at least, and I am a big fan of their cases. They stock all of their (large range of) designs for a range of phones (not just the most recent handset).

I've not had a phone break from a drop since I started using them. I tried them as I had just gotten a new phone and couldn't find anything other than plane cases when looking for 'tough cases' elsewhere.

I do not mind that shipping takes a little while, they are transparent about this and cases are finished to order so it makes sense. They are located in Europe so it's not the same as buying from a warehouse in the UK, but that's why they're able to have so many options.

The quality is very good, I do find darker designs can fade over time but this is to be expected from an object you're holding all the time.

I recommend them to everyone, and I've even got my fiancé using their cases too. Highly recommend, excellent products and service.

Slight issue with the case originally shipped to me, however customer services were fantastic and shipped out a replacement for me quickly. The case is fantastic - great quality and my phone is protected once more

Very durable and gorgeous design!

I bought the Brindly Tortoiseshell Tortoise Chic tough phone case in June 2025 and initially loved the look and feel - it seemed protective and looked great. But much quicker than I expected the colours have started to fade significantly, especially around the corners. What was black and tortoiseshell now has green and purple tinges, and it just doesn’t look as pictured anymore. Definitely not what I’d expect from a case marketed as “premium” and with claims that designs won’t fade within a year. I’d hoped it would hold up for longer than this.

Still waiting for item to arrive and even though I submitted a contact form, no one has got back to me and apparently now, The shipment has been returned to the Niederaula Returns Service Center, Germany.

Lovely handling , quick and easy purchase

I was looking for a new phone case for my new phone. I wanted something colourful, but different than just a basic case you see on other sites. I found this company. They have loads of colourful designs! I'm so pleased with the quality! I absolutely love my new phone case! Thank you!!!

I have filled in the returns form 3 times and emailed Brindly, but no response. I have been trying to return my phone case and I'm going to run out of time; through no fault of my own.

I understand that with promotions it increases the demand, but for over 3 weeks I've had no response.

Initially happy with the two phone Brindly cases, but after a few months of use the design starts to fade. After 6 months of normal phone use, the back which had a bright design on it, is now very faded and needs replacing. Not what I expected when spending so much on a case.

I have 3 of these case now inc a Christmas one !!

Excellent quality phone case. Arrived from Lithuania in 4 days. Required signature which was a problem but got it diverted to local store.

Lovely company and wonderful customer service! I did contact them in regards to a different item than my case and I got an answer so quickly.

Was a little sceptical about the price for a phone case at first, but really pleased with the look and quality of it. And still much better prices than a lot of competitors.

I had an issue with a case I bought, I reached out to customer service and they took care of the issue and I am satisfied with the outcome.

I accidentally ordered the wrong case and they exchanged it for the correct one quickly and with no fuss.
