Fabulous phone case, Best I have ever had for my I phone.
Arrived with in a week by Royal Mail, secure and well packaged.I was kept informed of delivery throughout the process.
It’s a pretty flower print design and a very well made case and I know It will get loads of compliments. I love it.
Brilliant customer service and a fantastic company to have dealt with I will definitely use again in the future.

The case it great i love it and get alot of complements. Also i originally ordered the wrong case and waited past the 3 hours to notify them and they sent me the correct case and it arrived fast.

I appreciated getting an email from an actual human being who was sincerely interested in my purchasing experience, and when I realized I had purchased the wrong item, was really helpful in figuring out the most efficient way to return and replace the item.

This was my first time ordering from Brindly. Very nice case. Quality made; fits iPhone very well. The look and feel is great. Really like the selection of whimsical and artistic designs. For U.S. orders, it takes awhile to arrive from Europe and having to go thru customs here. Just know that when you order, but I found the shipping speed acceptable for such a journey. Thank you! I hope to buy more in the future. :)

The case is super cute but shipping took almost a month

This was my first time ordering from Brindly. I’ve never spent more than £9 on a case, however I saw this one and loved it. Ben was incredibly helpful with my concerns about the package tracker and responded quickly. The case is super sturdy and fits nicely, both the finish and design are beautiful. Thank you Brindly!

A really great, robust case for my Pixel 8a. Easy to fit and I love the design. I was a little concerned that it was coming from overseas but delivery was much faster than expected and no issues.

I love my new phone case. It was just as pictured. Delivery was fast!

The cases themselves are great! They feel sturdy and tough. They fit snuggly to the phone and feel very secure. I ordered 3 cases in their 3 for 2 offer. They arrived within a week which was fantastic. 2 of the cases, the prints looked a little off like a printer had begun to run out of ink. I messaged the Brindley customer service who were very friendly and quick to respond. I sent them photo's of the 2 cases and was told they would be sending replacements free of charge and no need to return the defect cases! The new cases arrived, again within a week, and they are perfect. Very happy with my purchase from Brindly!

Case is pretty and fits well but it is not MagSafe as advertised. That was a waste of £30. I had a well-fitting, lovely Van Gogh case. I needed the MagSafe bit for my new charger.

I love my new case from Brindly. It is of excellent quality and my phone feels very sturdy and well protected, plus I love the design and there is so much to choose from! I received it quicker than I thought I would and will be ordering myself another case in the near future 😊

They are no very protective.

First of all, the delivery service they use required a signature upon delivery—for a phone case!! It had to be rescheduled several times. But when I got the case, the black inner case doesn’t even fit in the outer shell! Nothing matches up so all of the buttons are unusable. I’ve contacted the company to initiate a refund or replacement. Very disappointed. It’s like whomever was responsible for doing the quality checks was blind because the two pieces CLEARLY do not go together.

Such a shame about the poor customer service. Received two excellent looking cases, quality is amazing and loved the designs - however they sent out the wrong size for my phone. When I contacted them they said it was my error and I had to pay myself to return and exchange the item!

Wouldn't even own up to their own mistake AND making me pay for their mistake too

Update: even though I paid to return the cases and exchange for the size required they never sent them out or responded

Ordered a case and quickly realised I had ordered the wrong size case, emailed the company and got a reply within minutes with the correction made. The case turned up so quickly and is absolutely gorgeous, I will definitely be buying more! I highly recommend.
