Visited the show room today to purchase my new mini , very happy with the service I received from Russel stoneman , I’m over the moon with my new car would defiantly recommend:)

The whole process from enquiry to the car being delivered was handle with the upmost professionalism. Archie was very helpful and assisted with any questions I had with a positive and friendly manner.

Friendly and informative staff. Asked a lot of questions and they seemed genuinely happy to answer them and help. Found website easy to navigate.

After reading the 1 star reviews i thought i'd leave my own. Bought a Fiesta 3 years ago at a very competative price. Whole experience was great from start to finish. No pressure to buy and with keys in hand was free to look over the vehicle at my leisure. Finance application went smoothly and was all sorted in less than half hour even with it being a sunday. Popped home to sort out insurance and the car was ready when i got back an hour later with some fuel and a set of car mats thrown in and they taxed it online for me. Like i said its been 3 years now and bar a few wear and tear items the car has cost me nothing other than running costs. Great service all round and Britannia will definately be my first port of call when i'm looking to change.

Bought a car here two years ago, broke down less than 24 hours are collecting. I paid for driveway insurance and excuse after excuse later failed to refund it. £6000 vehicle / £15 insurance go figure) . Even had to take my broken down vehicle to them to get repaired. Will never go near them or their other branch again.

PS: 10.2 miles each way x2 Journeys 40.8 miles.

Very unprofessional. They don’t bother to call back and even if you reserve a car they still sell it to someone else!

Bought a used car from them at Newport branch. They wouldn't budge on the price, stating that they don't charge extra admin fees etc like other companies. Took car for test drive and tried to point out chip on windscreen but the colleague kept talking over me distracting away from that point, selling the features of the car. Drove the car away and instantly had a tyre pressure sensor warning light flag up. Despite raising this issues among many other electrical issues with this company they did not want to help me at all, stating it's just one of those things with used cars. Everytime I tried to call they fobbed me off saying they can't speak to me because the person who sold me the car wasn't at work. When I eventually did get to speak to them they brushed off the issues not accepting liability at all, despite the car being under warranty with them for 3 months. Not reliable or trustworthy at all, do not recommmend for their quality of cars or integrity.
