My husband and I were very happy with how Britannia Rescue dealt with us, from the gent on the end of the phone to the recovery man who took our car to the garage within the response time given. He even sent us a photo of our car outside the garage once he arrived there.

Call centre excellent, agents who are sent out couldn’t be better. Prompt service, you feel looked after. Very pleased with this service.

Quick response, about 30 mins, and recovery companies Able Assist and Crouch Recovery did a great job. Thanks to Lexi and Ross respectively.

Motorcycle breakdown during rush hour was no problem and my bike was looked after brilliantly. Regular updates of driver whereabouts and bike was in very capable hands

Although the hot weather was not helping matters the recovery driver was very professional and pleasant to deal with

They always provide a good service I was lucky they were close by but even if there is a wait they always keep driver informed

My call was answered quickly and efficiently. Recovery was very quick,which was good being female on my own.

Easy to report the breakdown followed by reassurance and good diagnosis of the problem. I was comfortable in the knowledge that my car and myself and passenger were in safe hands.

In a time of need that just what u need not an automatic fill in form to then be told 5-6 hours wait by RAC.
Then to speak with Natasha who equally was helpful and amazing.

I have RAC cover with my car service plan and also cover on my insurance which thank god I did not cancel.

Vehicle needed picking up is not driveable and they rescue agent was extremely helpful and polite. The whole experience was excellent part of the fact that it’s gonna cost me a lot of money to fix the car.!!

Easy to report problem with car, Recovery Agent attended within 30 minutes, resolved the issue and left the car in a safe condition for a 270 mile drive back home.

I have only used the Breakdown / Recovery insurance once and it went very well - the staff were friendly and flexible in arranging the recovery of my motorhome, which needed to go from my house to a specific garage, as I had a fault with my air suspension that could only be repaired by an authorised dealer with access to the parts.

If I could give them a ten I would! We broke down in the motorway in France and 48 stressful hours later we are back in the UK. LV Britannia Rescue in France were so wonderful - quick to answer the phone, quick to arrange taxis, hire cars etc. All of the call handlers were friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot fully express just how helpful they were in an awful situation

I had to call them out on the 16/06/2026, they were very prompt in answering my call they explained exactly what was going to happen and gave me a timescale, everything went like clockwork and I was back on the road in no time, first class service 👍

From start to finish my whole experience of using "Britannia Rescue" was as good as it gets. The call agent was very polite and clear in the arrangements for recovery and i could of been recovered in 20 minutes from my call 😳 But i opted for pick up first thing the next morning as this suited my local garage better.

Then sure enough just after 9.00am the next morning a very polite and friendly driver from "Hobbs Recovery" turned up to take my Camper Van to my garage 🚐 and that was it a very smooth and efficient service by the fantastic recovery company that is "Britannia Rescue" so forget the rest and go with the best you won't regret it 😀👌🏼
