Absolutely Superb!!
I ordered for the first time here to check out different UK stores, and the customer service was great as well as the note received with the parcel :)
The prices were so cheap and had everything I needed, and I cannot wait to order again.

I recently contacted Britcubes looking to buy my first ever cube.
I was after a specific model that I had researched. After chatting with Joe though he recommended that for my beginner ability a different cube would probably be better for me to handle.
He was absolutely right as the one I have does feel a little ‘slippery’ and I’m sure the other would have been excessive for me.
The cube he recommended was also considerably cheaper than the one I was originally looking at so very good, honest service. :)

The postage was reasonable and very speedy.

No complaints at all and I would fully recommend the store and will definitely buy here again if I purchase another cube as this is a small company working hard that deserves the business.

The item on BritCube are well priced and the delivery was amazingly quick.

I would deifietly buy from them again.

Delivery processed in a day and arrived the next - couldn't ask for anything better. Owner left a lovely message in the box, with some free cube-stands as a gift! I appreciate that all the packaging is eco-friendly, too.

Great website, great selection of cubes, great service! I don't see why anyone, especially those living in the UK, would order elsewhere!

The Good:

I ordered the GTS WR M and a budget Megaminx and Pyraminx. Ordering on a Friday night I was shocked to see that the order had been processed and sent on Saturday morning. I mention this because other shops don't operate on a Saturday which means I'd have had to wait until Monday for my order to be shipped.

On Monday morning I received the parcel, the package was all intact noting to complain about. I notice that my details were written on the package rather than printed which is when it hit me that the store was so little. The handwritten details along with a note in the box is a nice personal touch and displays how much the owner cares about your custom.

The prices are either the same as other stores or lower adding to this discount codes can be used for money off. Also, bio-degradable packaging peanuts!

Edit: The new website maintains a compact layout with a less cluttered feeling. The colour palette has not changed but the use of the colours maintains a professional look while still being easy on the eyes and exciting. The filters that can be applied when browsing products are easy to find and understand which is my favourite improvement especially the difficulty filter when looking at non-WCA puzzles.

The not so good:

Navigating the online store can be a little bit of a drag. The addition of some filters that can be used to sort the product would be amazing. (The site has now been revamped you can see my edit above)

The store has a fantastic range of puzzles, but no puzzle lube which is a little disappointing. Even the basic lubes would be nice so I can order everything from one place.

I'll definitely order from Britcubes again the personal touch really shows me that the owner cares about my items and custom. However, I look forward to the day that this store stocks accessories.

Ordered from the Netherlands and could not be happier. Shipping was fast, prices were fine and packaging was good. I will certainly come back to order some more cubes that I cannot solve in a decent time. ;-)

Perfectly worked out website, looking froward to my cube!!

Ordered a 4x4, good service and really pleased with the quality of it. 3 more cubes on the way for Christmas, really recommend this store.

I found Britcubes via ads on (that popular social media site) and went to them to replace my low-quality 4x4 which had jammed up and my similar quality 5x5 which was not helping my solve times. Ordered a 6x6 and 7x7 at the same time.
The website is well laid-out and products are easy to find. Shipping costs are extremely good value and have a very simple price structure.
My cubes arrived well-packaged in short order - I was very impressed with the prompt service, and will certainly be using Britcubes again when it's time to upgrade the 6x6 and 7x7 (and for any other puzzles that may take my fancy)

My son is over the moon with his cube and has given me a list of more cubes he wants for Christmas! He is now solving them in under a minute. I will definitely order again. Very speedy delivery.

Really good Quality, Customer service, and shipping times.

I nevr leave revews but ruined friends birthday awful service - broken cube and opened the replacement and tried it. cant give a friend a open gift. 2 stars

Hi I don’t need excuses from u. It was not good service and the products were not fit for purpose (1st broken and 2nd not new.) please do not tell me my friend would have been happy with it. Imagine buying something you expect to be brand new and that somebody else has already opened and rummiged thru.

It came after about 3 days. The cube was really good and really smooth. This store is one of the best in the UK.

The best prices and the best service of any cube store. Cubes were shipped really quickly even though I ordered late at night on a weekend. Very well packaged and included a nice handwritten note.

fast delivery time, good selection of high quality puzzles, only thing stopping from being 5 stars is a lack of accessories like lube and timers
