Absolutely useless company
Ordered a host of international adapters for an upcoming trip… specified next day business delivery. The delivery took 8 days… by which time I was already out of the country. Beyond Useless.
(fun footnote: They’ve also asked me four times to revise this completely reasonable review… dangling a misshapen carrot of future discounts… I say NAY).

Pixel 7 pro privacy screen
My privacy cover works well. It stuck down well with no bubbles and has a smooth matte finish, which is nice. Some negatives are the instructions and video was confusing, it went really quick and wasn't that clear, in the end I just gave It a go and It worked out ok. It also doesn't completely cover the screen right to the edges, makes the screen a bit darker and the angle at which I get full privacy is very wide; somebody right next to me on the train could probably see my screen but not 2 seats away. A positive is it the fingerprint sensor still works, which was an important feature

Mix up with cables, delay with replacement but BM owned it
I ordered 2x USB-C to lightning cable for an iPad and got 2x USB-C to USB-C cable instead. I got in touch with customer support and they were to send a returns label, which I chased up. They said they would send the cables I should have received in the first place. Several days later. I chased this.
They actually said have the cables and don't worry about sending the ones sent in error.
When a company owns that they were in the wrong that's great customer service owning they were at fault. I have shopped many times from British Modules and have never had issues, except this time.
It could be down to staffing as it is the holiday season although they never used any excuses and apologised.
I will still shop with British Modules. Great customer service.

2m USB-C cable & adaptor
I ordered a 2m USB-C cable and adapter plug for my new iPhone 15. Although it took a couple of days longer than I’d have like it still arrived within the timeframe I was given.
I queried this with customer services and I received a very speedy reply from Hugh.
The cable/plug arrived today and I’ve been able to charge the phone very quickly. It works perfectly.
I’d certainly recommend British Modules to anyone requiring such products. Customers can rest assured that only quality products are sold.
