Great pillow
I purchased this pillow last week.
I always have disturbed sleep for not being able to find
a comfortable position.
This pillow seems to have helped already.
Not even a week using it yet.
I love it.No stiff neck in the morning.
I know it will help me try to get restful sleep rather than tossing and turning all night long

No indication on size or dimensions of…
No indication on size or dimensions of the pillow so it does seem larger than expected.
There should be some indication on the website listing about what body type it would suit as i'm a slim frame and petite.
Surely that goes against the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 if you mis-describe something's size or leave it out?
I may have to return it.

Warning!!
Dreadful service, been waiting over two weeks despite paying for express service. Emailed and no response.
Telephoned and got through to a call centre who promised it would be with me the next day- guess what, it wasn’t.
Still waiting , beginning to doubt it’s even a real company , buyer beware !!!
Update- despite comment saying it would be here, it isn’t. I’m now being told it’s DHL fault

Best pillow ever
After spending weeks with constant neck and back pain I bought the Orthopaedic pillow and can honestly say it's the best pillow I have ever bought. My neck and back pain have gone and I sleep so much better, and it is so comfortable. Can most definitely recommend.

I brought this pillow for my partner…
I brought this pillow for my partner who has suffered with very bad neck, shoulder and back pain in the mornings for years. We have tried many different pillows so was not too sure how this pillow would be. From the first nights use he has had no pain in any of the areas that were previously a problem. He said he had a great sleep and was impressed with how he was in the morning. I have waited a few weeks to write this review incase it was a few nights of it working then it not but I’m pleased to say this was not the case. He has had no pain since using the pillow, it is amazing! Would highly recommend if you suffer with back, neck or shoulder pain. Excellent produce and it works!

Bad smell…

Sleep through the night
I have had problems looking for a pillow for me I got this one from the pillow company yes it might be a bit more money than other pillows but since I have used this pillow I can safely say I have not woken up once I sleep through the night seven to eight hours every night I would recommend this pillow to anybody 100%

Very comfortable
I am getting some relief from the ergonomic design, won’t go back to traditional pillows now.
Purchased a pillow cover so I can swap out and wash but I am also putting it in a traditional pillow case so I can use my aromatherapy spotting. I did notice the foam had holes in where the pillow topper cover had been secured. Meaning the actual pillow is made of foam so I was being as careful as I could when replacing the pillow cover.

Great idea using your own pillowcase with aromatherapy — that’s a lovely personal touch. And yes, you're absolutely right — the pillow is made from premium memory foam, and the small holes are from the manufacturing process where the inner cover is secured. They don’t affect performance at all, but being gentle when swapping covers is definitely the right approach.

Great company
Great company, I had a small delay with delivery but was kept informed at all times.
I ordered 2 pillows only 1 came, after sending an email about this the other pillow was sent next day, nothing was a problem I even received a phone call to confirm my address and they apologized for the mix up.
And the pillows are great, very comfortable and amazing quality.

I'm glad I bought the pillow
I'm glad I bought the pillow. Befrore I was getting severe neck ache every week, sinse using the pillow for the last six weeks I have no longer had a stiff painfull neck. Highly recomended.
