I found tickets that were better…

I found tickets that were better seating and not as expensive. There is more than 6 weeks before the show. They will not refund it and suggested to sell on StubHub or SeatGeek. If this was a a couple weeks before the show, I would understand, but it is 6 weeks. Please do not use this website, better deals on Ticketmaster!

Chicago fans of Broadway.com

We live in Chicago but come to NYC every December for theater and everything else NY. We ONLY use Broadway.com when buying our tickets and as usual the process was flawless!

Great experience

My experience was great with broadway.com because it was fast and easy no problems tickets sent straight to my email tickets went right in my wallet I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Loved the smaller theatre

Loved the smaller theatre. Hadestown was the best show I’ve ever seen. Thank you for the closed caption machine. It really helped me comprehend and enjoy the show so much more.

It was very efficient

It was very efficient. This was my first purchase for tickets for a Broadway performance (to accompany my first trip to New York City as part of a Road Scholar tour. I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly and easily. Thank you for making it easy.
