Booking Experience
The booking was very simple. I received offers and was not at any time pressured into booking but was gently reminded that I had not booked and should I wish to do so I could ring.
Eventual booking was easy and quick.
Would definitely recommend.

Tina was really helpful
Tina was really helpful. Held a room for me till the next morning so we could get confirmation from my wife’s business that a change of date was acceptable and didn’t press at all till we knew.
Holiday booked and will be asking about skiing in February as well.
Really efficient service that was so refreshing.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable service. Never cruised before, so obviously had loads of questions and requests. Kirsty was great and sorted out the ideal trip for us next year,which is also our honeymoon so naturally we want it to be spot on. Nothing too much trouble and made the whole process very simple.
