Had a query before ordering, one simple phone call and question answered. Ordered the sofa bed and delivered a week later. Easy, straightforward - great.

Our Bruno Sofa bed is very comfortable and feels like it's really good quality, we're very happy with our purchase. We haven't had guests yet sleeping on it but we trie dit out when building it and it seems very comfy too. It was delivered faster than expected which was great and we could arrange the day we wanted with the delivery company.

Good product and design - delivery experience was poor - dirty wrapping and clumsy delivery people - knocked a light fitting off the wall and left dirty marks on carpets. Haven’t slept on them yet but hopefully it’ll okay for our guests.

Said "free assembly" but the delivery drivers refused to assemble it!

Easy to assemble, good quality construction, sit and sleep both comfortably

The delivery was super quick of my Bruno sofa bed, less than one week, what I needed the most as I did not have anything to sleep on. The assemble of the sofa was very easy even one person would be able to do it. Just follow the instructions in the brochure. Also, it does not take so long time to assemble Bruno sofa bed. First of all, you only need to attach/screw legs to the sides of the sofa and later to screw sides of the sofa to the main body. I have slept on it already and it feels very comfortable. It is a perfect size especially when it is folded, space safer for a small apartment. Strongly recommend this product!!

Told us is was in the country and due for delivery so arranged the day only to be advised the colour is not available for another 3 weeks.

Updated Review : Bruno customer services followed upon my concerns, organised for a delivery team to come to relocate our sofa to an upstairs room, as well as offering a free assembly. Very pleased with the sofa and the response from the customer services team.

Previous Review : I just had my Bruno Sofa Bed delivered to my house. The Bruno website says that the Sofa Bed will be delivered to the room of your choice. When I asked the delivery team to do this, they said that would not be possible and just left it in the entrance hall! This is a very heavy item, so difficult for someone on their own to move. After hearing all of the positive reviews, this is very disappointing. I was expecting a lot more from this company. I have been trying to contact the Bruno customer service team, but no response so far. Please be aware of this problem before ordering, as the sofa bed is 100kg!

High quality product, exactly as described and expected. Good instructions and tools provided to assemble sofa bed. All solid wood and good quality upholstery. haven't tested it by sleeping overnight on it but it feels very good! how refreshing to get a well designed, quality product. Disappointed that we had to go outside the UK for satisfaction! well done Bruno! From ordering to arrival took 7 days. Furdeco did not wear overshoes in my home on my pale carpets so not happy with that, especially as it had been raining!

Good customer service, quick delivery and so far the sleeper couch looks and feels great!

Delivery service spoiled the whole experience. A nightmate and I am cancelling my purchase

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to return our sofabed. Such a shame as the product was lovely! I was dreading arranging the return as although we were within our 14 day period, we hadn't kept the packaging. No problem - customer services team were absolutely excellent, helpful and considerate. They made all the arrangements, no fuss, and sorted my full refund. I would absolutely recommend this company for the quality of their product, but even more for their stellar customer service - really outstanding.

Extremely helpful customer service, delivered on time and assembled by couriers. The sofa bed, double, is excellent and the sofa so comfortable to sit on, exceeding all expectations. Excellent value for the price.
