Getting customer service support for a recently purchased Hive Scale was difficult. Never got to speak to a live person — even after multiple calls. Emails were not returned. To start, there was a significant time delay between ordering the product online and actually receiving it. Once received, the installation instructions included with the product were for a previous version of the hive scale, and didn’t include instructions for using iOS devices to read the scale. The Hive Scale itself was shipped with an outdated firmware version which added to the confusion and difficulty troubleshooting. Ultimately, my installation issues with this product were solved by the SolutionBee, the product’s manufacturer.

I'm new to the beekeeping and decided to start at the very beginning. Rebuilding old frames and replacing the foundations was the first step. Super quick shipping.

Good products but slow delivery. I'm in Deep Gap and it takes several days to receive items. Yet, i don't like driving “way up” to your store. Wish it was in town. Anyways, wish service was faster. Maybe during your peak times hire temporary staff. Or, I just need to order much earlier if I think I might need something.

I had ordered an obervation hive. It did not ship out for four weeks! I never received any estimation of a timeframe for shipping or delivery . . . until it actually shipped. Too bad it arrived a week after the event I’d ordered it for.
Always good, quality products, but I’m always disappointed at how long their shipping takes.

My order was sent partially. After three weeks no word on the remaining order. No communication before or after order was made. All items with back order should clearly be communicated to the customer to make decisions if the item is an immediate necessity and need ordered from an alternative location

My order was missing parts. I called and they said they would send them out. I call again a week later and they were not sent yet. finally a week later I got the missing parts. It shouldn't take two weeks to fill my order of missing parts. I'm a business owner and when mistakes happen that mistake becomes top priority.

I was really impressed with my entire order. It's not that I was surprised, but I guess I just expected the products to be like every other bee supply place. I was delighted with the quality of everything I received.
