I love your labels, but slow communications with printer getting order right. Hopefully printing is centered in label through whole rolls this time. This is the 4th or 5th time I've ordered printed labels.

The mailing charges to Calif. are a deal breaker-

As a first-time beekeeper, I went with Brushy Mountain because of their reputation with other beekeepers I know. They did not disappoint. All of my supplies arrived as they were able to ship them. A couple pieces arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were quick to send out replacement parts. They were easy to reach over the phone as well as email - which is a good sign during a busy beekeeping season. I will definitely continue being a customer.

The website was very easy to order from. There were a couple items that were on back order, but they were sent as soon as they were available

I'm primarily a honeybee guy, but I've had people approach me about what it takes to keep Mason Bees. So I decided this year to try them out. I ordered bees, house, tubes and straws. All arrived quickly and in great shape. Here are some points that could use some improvement.
1) There was not instruction as to how to care for the cocoons or how to install them in the house.
2) There was no guidance as to how many tubes would be needed. I purchased the large house and 96 tubes. I should have ordered around 240 tubes to fill the house to the point where the tubes can't be blown out by the wind. With the 96 tubes I had to put a lot of packing material on top of the tubes. Not very appealing to look at.

These are two minor points but it would go along way to helping someone that hadn't researched it online.

I placed a large order from items that were supposedly in stock. I then received a notice of order shipped. On delivery, 3 hive top feeders and 1 bottom board were missing. When I called, I was told the missing items were on back order and would ship in 10 days. More than 10 days later and I have not received the missing items nor been contacted except to give feedback so here it is.

Just starting out bee keeping the equipment deliveries have been on time and equipment has been excellent.

I placed an order for some frames that ended up being backordered. I was worried about getting them in time but Brushy kept open communication with me and I was very pleased with the quality upon arrival.

Great prices, and was surprised at all the things they carried.
Will do business with them again!

Ordering was easy. It took a little while for our order to ship, but was understandable since we ordered painted hives. Upon arrival, we were impressed with both the quality and the care taken for safe shipment. We were very satisfied and impressed with our experience!

Delayed due to back ordered items, called after 2 weeks and was told things would ship the next day. No shipping took place over the next 3 business days. Called they said it could be another week. I expressed dissatisfaction and they pulled from another location that had it in stock the entire time, had items the next day.

Shipped fast, superior product, Help staff.

Ive had great expereinces with Brushy. My shipments are on time if not early. If there are any issues such as broken items. They have the equipment on the way very quick.
