We have been doing business with B-Stock Solutions, LLC since 2019 and I must say that their dispute mediation team is trained to be extremely biased towards sellers.
We bought 3 orders (180 units of iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 & iPhone 13) totaling $87,951.78 where it was mentioned that the "units are clean/carrier-unlocked". When we received the merchandise it was 95% locked, opened a dispute and was straight rejected.
Mediators at B-Stock are trained in a way to never accept even when they know that the seller or B-Stock are at fault. They are exploiting SME at maximum level.
If you are someone who have been frauded by B-Stock, please reach out or leave a comment. We can patch up and take B-Stock to consumer court for defrauding businesses.
Just because B-Stock has got carriers like Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile on board, does not mean they have the right to defraud SMEs or regular consumers.

Absolute scammers. Don't bid on anything. The projected values on the bidding are comically wrong. I purchased 200 items that they say have a rrp of £30. They turned up and the value is more like 30pence per item. (No exaggeration) They also charged £100 shipping for a 6kg box measuring 50cm x 50cm x 40cm.
Also, they don't respond to emails, at all.

This is not the first time we bought item from b stock and it never been satisfactory experience. We still waiting on dispute to be resolved on one order and submitted today another one. Items that sent to us complete trash garbage but advertised by COSTCO AS A/B condition. Complete lie no help from b stock no way to get refund no action no answer no solution. Thousands of dollars lost due to dishonest model of business where only 2 winners and have pockets full of money is bstock and Costco.

I'm disappointed with the seller's pricing. A freight cost of $901 should really be $538. Additionally, the website isn't very informative or user-friendly when searching for information. However, I’m pleased with the overall B-Stock Solutions team. Customer service has been pleasant, and Eileen stands out as one of the best representatives I’ve spoken with. While I didn't get exactly what I wanted, I feel I have a better understanding of the process, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. For B-Stock's customer service and Eileen, I'd rate them 5 stars! As for risk management, I’m still undecided.

Scammers . Worst’s company to deal with . They allow scammers like Costco sell blacklisted icloud locked stolen devices as A/b stock then upon mediation process they kindly close the case and say its normal to sell stolen devices under A/B grade . I wasted lot of time to provide tons of pictures and descriptions trying to explain situation since my case is not regarding condition , costco sold me stolen demo devices , which im unable to sell using sale channels like ebay even for for parts , no one supply channel not allow to sell stolen goods and delete all listing . But their stuff replied that costco will decline my case and they even never shared this dispute details with seller . Same i could say about samsung auctions , i ordered A+ and received all broken devices in C condition and half of them are not even functional properly, going to open case again , according to my experience from my last orders i would never recommend to anyone to deal with this scam company.

I’ve had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with B-Stock, and I want to share the details to prevent others from going through the same nightmare. Here’s the full story:
I placed an order with B-Stock totaling $17,741.65, purchasing items that were explicitly listed as new. However, what I received were used, damaged, and defective items. I only received 9% of the load in new condition, they were unsealed, raising serious concerns about tampering. The auction description clearly stated that the items were sealed and in their original condition.
They also failed to organize the products on pallets and proceeded to throw items in the pallets, Many of the products were in a state far worse than what could be classified as “new,” including scratches, dents, missing parts, and severe damage that rendered them completely unusable and some completely missing units or been replaced with a different item in wrong packaging, 85% of all items came with box damage . The condition of the items was nowhere near the quality advertised, and it was obvious these products had not undergone any proper inspection or quality control.
When I reached out to B-Stock, I was offered a refund of 7,179.04. This was extremely disappointing, as I had paid for new products, not heavily damaged or used goods with labels from target saying items defective as its a salvage load. The refund offered did not come close to covering the costs of what I had paid or the losses I incurred from receiving such low-quality products.
Shipping Costs: A Major Issue
One of the most infuriating aspects of this situation was related to the shipping costs. During the mediation process, I was explicitly told by B-Stock’s mediator that I would be refunded for the shipping costs based on the refund amount. The shipping alone cost me nearly $2,000. However, despite these assurances, and 91% discrepancies with the order i paid for, I was never refunded a single dollar for shipping. They blatantly ignored the promise made by their own mediator, further adding to the financial burden I’ve had to deal with throughout this ordeal.
A Completely Broken Mediation Process
The mediation process at B-Stock is inefficient and completely biased in favor of the sellers. I was promised adjustments and refunds that never materialized. Communication was slow and unprofessional, there were stretches of three or more business days without any response to my emails, even though I was facing significant losses. For a transaction involving thousands of dollars, this level of customer service is unacceptable and untrustworthy.
Summary of Issues:
• Misleading product listings: Items listed as new arrived damaged, used, and defective.
• Inadequate refund offer:$ 7,179.04 was offered after misrepresentation of 91% of the load. I denied this amount. they reached out a week later with a higher refund of $10000. And i wasn’t given a chance to deny the amount the second time.
• Failure to refund shipping costs: Despite being promised by their own mediator that I would be refunded for shipping costs (totaling nearly $2,000), no refund was ever provided.
• Unprofessional mediation process: Slow and unresponsive communication, with multiple delays, leaving me to follow up repeatedly with no resolution.
Conclusion
In my opinion, B-Stock’s business practices are deceptive, and their mediation process is designed to protect sellers of defective goods while leaving buyers stuck with unusable items and minimal recourse. They have completely failed to take accountability for the issues with my order, despite the overwhelming evidence of their failure to deliver on what was promised.
If you are considering doing business with B-Stock, think twice. They mislead buyers with false listings, do not honor commitments made by their mediators, and leave you hanging without proper communication or resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against trusting them with any significant purchases.
Rating: 1/5—I would give them 0 if possible. Proceed with caution, or better yet, avoid them entirely.
I didn't really have a problem just a general question which was answered easily but the person on the phone was super helpful with my weird shipping arrangements and sent notifications to there shippers of my odd hours of operation. Super helpful not worrying about deliveries when I'am not there.

The only sentence they knew and learn ( I am sorry to hear that bla bla bla ) I am sure many people heard that from them like me. These people thought if they stealing people money they are hustlers and smarts. They don't know anything about ethics and principles of business. Stealing people's money is their one and only principle. Once I told them I received garbage should be thrown into the landfill. I am sorry I file a claim number bla bla bla. You need to file a dispute for that. I need someone just to tell me when I pay $2,313.01 for garbage and I need another let's say $1000 to dumpster the garbage that I pay money for. We received a shipment for an auction we won from Essendant, one of the companies that sells on Bstock. The shipment originated from a location less than 10 miles from our warehouse. All pallets were barely shrink wrapped, majority of the boxes were open and 75% the items shipped were damaged/completely broken or missing, empty boxes. We have pictures, everything was noted on the BOL but we are getting the run around and have not gotten a single cent back. The dispute process is long, cumbersome and caters to the sellers. We are out of $$ and have trash that we cannot throw away until the dispute is resolved, which may or may not happen for months. We have lots of pictures and if there was a way to post them here we would.
