48h process time, fourth time in a row
Fourth time in a row i get selected for a "random" manual check. They say 90% of there orders are processed in 1 hour. This is the fourth time in a row the transaction has taken longer then 24h. If you are looking to buy as a company, which i am not. I highly recommend you choose another provider.

Avoid this scam site (bt.cx)
Avoid this scam site! It is not a legitimate company. Their address in Sweden is fake and their phone number is fake!
If you call their phone #:0735573691 (which happens to be their Swish number), the call will never go through.
I made an attempt to buy 10,000SEK (slightly more than 850USD being the max/week) worth of Bitcoin they claim they can sell on their website per week, on June 23, but till today they have not given me the Bitcoin I bought from them. I have sent over 50 emails to them, but no response and calling their phone number made me see that it is a fake phone number they provided. They actually just used it to get a Swish Account in Sweden.
Don't deal with them for they are terrible and heartless people!

Avoid if you want to do purchase via company
Transactions that take an average time of 30 hours / order, hard to understand how it’s acceptable considering Bitcoin’s price volatility. Not to mention the exchange rates difference between EUR / SEK and fees.
I would avoid this exchange if you want to purchase via company account.
Customer support is non existent 48 hours after money was transferred to them.
Sorry, but claiming that you are the fast and safe Swedish exchange is not true and misleading.

On average 90% of the orders that BTCX process are done within 20 minutes. In order to be safe and in order to be complaint with governing laws in Sweden we from time to time have to do an extra control which potentially takes a bit longer. If this happen we contact our customers with information regarding this.

I'm very disappointed
I'm very disappointed, I bought BTC on Friday, and they put me on hold for weekends, when I was promised to be finished by Friday as soon as possible, even after they asked extra verification on Monday, today, I fullfiled all the requests and verifications and still they say the same, as soon as possible and not even giving me the specific time, and till this time I have no updates, and this is for absolutely no reason.
