Rather than having a simple 'cancel your service or transfer' on the website you have to be directed to an online agent. What essentially should be a five minute process took 42 minutes. Utterly rid... See more

Shocking. The bt wifi hotspots just simply don’t work. They constantly disconnect. Or connect with ‘no internet’ if only BT weren’t the monopoly (before anyone says otherwise most providers use BT) th... See more
It's absolutely ridiculous how expensive this broadband costs for bad, slow connection. The Wi-Fi can only handle up to 3 devices-- anymore and it'll stop working. It also often turns off spora... See more

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Tried to work from a local cafe using hot spot. Paid for a days useage. Ridiculously slow, kept logging me out constantly and had to re log in at least 20 times over the course of a 5 hour working shift. £7.99 that I couldn’t afford to waste completely down the drain. Wish I had read the reviews before doing it. Would like to get a refund but can’t see that anyone in customer services is responding to these terrible reviews so won’t hold my breath.
Tried contacting BT on Twitter but was told I’d have to call the wifi team. Can’t be bothered.
Don't waste ur money on bt wifi/hotspot…
Don't waste ur money on bt wifi/hotspot services, bad connection constant disconnection and having to log back in 10 times, I live within 500metres of several hotspot in town centre and its still worse than useless and getting worse, unfortunately I signed to a 12 month contract on the strength of the name bt thinking they where above board, at day 15 when I had passed 14 day cancellation period my service was cut to worse than 3g, their service is not fit for purpose, avoid at all costs, I have now read reviews from others saying that they had the WiFi speed chopped down exactly on day 15, yes just as the 14 day cancel period lapses! Bad very bad
simply the quality of the wifi is…
simply the quality of the wifi is complete garbage. Useless for daily use, web searching, playing games, watching videos, streaming, etc. Not recommended most of the time except having an extreme situation for contacting others. Cannot understand the company's work just aiming for widespread wifi but customers will not get this expensive yet awful wifi connection. Have to improve it critically.
One hour after payment - nothing
Registered with BT Wi-Fi one hour ago, paid for 1 day,- still no voucher for access. I can log-in their web site but a mobile app doesn’t recognise an account. Money paid for nothing
Hand off the bt wifi!!!
Hand off the bt wifi.
Threw 20 pounds out the window for 5 days and that in London.
Almost never connected and if only for a short time.
Same as others
Same as others, purely useless and a waste of money. It's almost art to be able to do a service as bad as that.
I had to switch back to cellular data to post this.
Stay away from this company.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I have paid for the BT Wi-Fi for 5 days at a cost of 20 pound. It is currently lunchtime and I have logged in for connection at least 15 times already!!! Wot a joke. Very inconvenient as I have had to purchase due to moving home and waiting engineer. This is so frustrating and obv not any value for what I have payed !!! I recommend that you do not use this service that they provide
A BT notice popped up on my tablet for…
A BT notice popped up on my tablet selling short-term bt wifi contracts (eg. a day, week, month). I didn't want to be without an internet connection while moving home so I bought 1 month. What a complete waste of money. Couldn't connect anywhere after initial set up on either my tablet or android phone. There was no way to cancel the purchase and get a refund. A lot of money for nothing! I feel robbed.
Terrible
Terrible. At what point is taking someone's money with no product delivered fraud? Coverage so patchy unusable on laptop, log out every 2 seconds, no connection on phone as won't accept the password correct everywhere else. Simply feel cheated.
the worst experience
I'm gonna cancel my 12 month contract because is horrible
I can't even open my bank application
Unreliable & Weak Connection.
Lost my fibre Broadband thanks to a fox chewing the cable, so as I'm working-from-Home needed something quick. Even though the reviews were dreadfull, I bought a weeks subscription.
Unreliable and weak connection. Constantly disconnecting. You can’t work using this service. Relied on my mobile phones hotspot until my proper broadband was back up.
Subscribing to this service is a waste of money.

Bt wifi is terrible infect I would…
Bt wifi is terrible infect I would rather have my testicles removed via a vicious dog than go through the horrors of bt wifi. It is to my belief the worst wifi provider you can choose
this is the worst internet connection…
this is the worst internet connection I’ve ever experienced. The signal cuts out continuously and the login page fails to appear. It take about half and to log in. I think BT would be better to get their product right rather than their woke nonsense.
they buy the internet in a situation…
they buy the internet in a situation where you really need it, you expect it to be there. £ 40 a month should be a great deal. I bought 2 packages, one on the phone, one on the TV, I don't want to be polite (but what the 🤷
is this) 80 after all, I don't care !!!! I will never give you a good review of a good review because just paying 80 pounds I lost a lifetime chance for a contract !!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you won't be on the market in a moment. haha to write this message I had to use my O2, that's yours. FRAUD
Really poor service
Really poor service. It regularly drops out, which is a nightmare when working at home, and costly when your phone switches to mobile data. It is expensive and I have already encountered price increases, despite not being with the company long. Would not recommend
S H I T BIG S H I T !!!!!
Drops out regularly
Drops out regularly, costs far too much and no customer service. Poor poor service. I DO NOT recommend.
Worst thing ever period.
