I am a huge fan of the service, Been a subscriber for a few years and it always gives me something fun to do with family or friends. Have tried stuff I never would have done by myself if I had to book it myself and it’s pretty decent value for money.

Signed up to receive the activities for October, then received an email to say they weren’t ready and I couldn’t have them until November? I signed up as I wanted the activities for October so already was disappointed. Due to a busy November and December (hence why I wanted the activities for when I signed up) I just went back on my account to book the activities and to my surprise all of them were gone. I contacted customer services who rudely told me that you have less than a month to book the activities in, and only 2 months to actually complete them. This was NOT made clear during signing up or anywhere on the app. Customer service completely unhelpful and are now ignoring my emails. What a complete waste of money! I would have used them within that timeframe had they actually given me the activities the month I signed up for. App isn’t user friendly either and everything is just made difficult and inconvenient! Do not recommend!!

We have a duo subscription and we've been using Buckt for 4 years.
What we like most is that there are a lot of activities to do that we would never normally look for or think about. Even for activities that we would normally like to do, often Buckt shows places we'd have otherwise never have known about and it forces us to get out of the house more and do more varied things.
There are some things that could be improved further though, like the app, booking process and customer support, however they say they are working on those.

I have a Duo Buckt subscription with my partner, we have had it for around 10 months and we love it. We have always lived in Birmingham and there is still that is still surprising us. We love the fact we can use the ticket with a friend if the other doesn’t want to go and there really is something for everyone! We would love it if the app could show you past tickets / dates for upcoming things you have booked etc.

Had the duo subscription for maybe 6 or so months. Majority of the activites were great, but giving 3 stars because the booking system is absolutely shocking and extremely hard to use. So many times we would just end up missing events because there was no way to keep track of them if you have to book them for different months. The 'events' that come through event brite are all out of whack and don't include addresses or any contact information. Also its so frustrating having the tickets where you get send the codes the week before, because if you book them a month or 2 in advance you have no way whatsoever to track them etc.
Also have to put in your information a million times each time you get tickets.

If the app and booking process was better you would still have us as a customer but its just too difficult to navigate

Been with Buckt for a year now. There has been a mix of activities that have been offered. We have enjoyed the new experience that are offered and would recommend others to join.

It has been superb. Loads of different activities to do. Great for date night.

A really unique subscription with a variety of experiences to get involved in. The booking process and getting to grips with the app can be a learning curve at first, but is relatively simple once you get the hang of it. We’ve really enjoyed trying out unique experiences that we may not have otherwise considered. The subscription is good value for money considering the retail price of the tickets provided. The locations are usually easy to get to and not too far away, which is appreciated. It may be useful for the booking forms to include a section in which you can state if you have any accessibility needs. I spoke to Debbie on the phone who was really warm and helpful, thank you!

I am absolutely in love with Buckt, and I would highly recommend this incredible company to anyone who wants to add some excitement to their life and save a bunch of money. The activities we are receiving are fantastic, some examples are bowling, wall climbing, axe throwing, cinema tickets, comedy show and so much more. There is a choice for any age and abilities. I love that you can add more people to the activity if you'd like to bring an extra friend for example and it is super awesome that we have whole 3 months to complete activities, so no pressure with the timing. It's one of the best subscriptions I have ever tried!

The service is exceptional, all the staff are friendly and efficient. Ryan in particular made the whole process very simple and helped us in a very timely manor. Would definitely recommend.

I usually travel to Worcester due to work and one of my friends recommended Buckt. The anticipation of mystery events was great and felt something new. For our first tickets, we were allocated ice skating, rock climbing, and wine tasting. Me and my friends had a blast exploring new activities and catching up after quite some time. I highly recommend Buckt.

I really struggle to make decisions and the last thing I want to do after working all day is to come home and have to plan our social life. But with Buckt I don't have to worry about any of that. I am guaranteed every month to have five fantastic activities to do, and all I have to do I simply pick the one I want to do that week for myself and my partner. Beating my partner at blackjack and axe throwing has been a personal highlight over the last couple of months. It's a great concept and it delivered perfectly. It's a must in my opinion, 5 stars!

I signed up to Buckt as a surprise for my partner. We both have super busy jobs and rarely find the time to research amazing things to do in our area. Buckt was the answer, it introduced us to loads of really call independent companies like Mocking bird, the botanical gardens and the night owl who were some of our favourites. It also got me to a yoga class which I never thought I would do but it turns out I loved it. We can't wait for the new tickets to be released every month as they never let us down. Honestly couldn't recommend enough.

Personally, I found this to be a bit rubbish. To be fair to them, we only paid £15 for the first month and this is in Bristol, so it’s not the biggest city in the UK by a long way. Out of the first five activities for month one I would realistically say there was only one that I was that interested in, but I recognise that other people might have liked a couple of the others, depending on personality and interests. One of the most annoying things is that you have to wait until the month after to even be able to book onto things. Of course the £15 originally paid wasn’t the full price, the real price is £40, but that would’ve been fine if the activities were good. Very annoying and dishonest that they charged £10 each for additional tickets to events when those tickets could be found everywhere else online for £6 per person. Several of the things were quite far outside of Bristol and one is just a do it yourself walking tour which I assume is provided through an app. They make it quite convoluted to cancel and make it sound very daunting like you lose access to what you’ve already paid for immediately, which I think is very unfair and not good business practice. Personally I think it’s not good value for money at all. Maybe I just got a really bad month for activities. The app is really ridiculous and convoluted. Very often you have to arrange through the app for third party companies to contact you and there are several steps back and forth along the way. You don’t even have access to the app for several weeks, depending on when you signed up to the offer and are placed in a ‘waiting room’ until the following month.

I have always loved working with Buckt - they are super friendly and always on hand.

Buckt has always been great exposure for our business and their subscribers are lovely and pleasant to speak with.

We have been subscribers almost since the company started and we have been introduced to so many new and fun things in Birmingham. It's really exciting waiting to see what the activities are and to try new things.

Me and my partner received Buckt as a gift a few months ago and the opportunity to do rock climbing, axe throwing and even things as cultured as wine tasting over the months, we were pleasantly surprised at the great value for money when we resubscribed ourself.
