Really can't fault Buckt, have done some fab unusual very out of my comfort zone things but have thoroughly enjoyed them all. Recent activity was a cream photo workshop, was really interesting & learnt a few things to improve taking photos on my phone. Previous week did the Segway event, that was fantastic fun! Always look forward to my tickets coming through, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Myself and my partner have been using Buckt for 7 months now, initially we weren’t sure what to expect but have thoroughly enjoyed all the activities we’ve had. It’s well worth the money and we’ve really enjoyed some of the activities arranged specifically for Buckt subscribers. Our most recent was a Spanish class with Marco, the class was well planned with interesting content, we had varying abilities which were all catered for. Marco was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend to everyone

Had some really good days out using this service.its a great way to try things you've never thought of doing before. The value for money is really good and the customer service has been great whenever I've needed to contact them. Debbie has been amazing with helping us keep up to date with the details of the activities.

First of all you need to wait ages before your activities become available (I made the subscription on 4th of april and I had to wait until next month) When you subscribe they make it look like you gonna get them straightaway. Second, you have 3 months to complete the activities but you need to book by the end of the month. I had a hectic month and I've been unable to use them. Gutted to see I paid for nothing as I haven't read all the fine prints, I found everything confusing which never happened to me before. Can't actually review the activities as I PAID FOR NOTHING. So don't be like me, don't just give them your money! I would say AVOID!

I've been using Buckt 3 months now. I've been in a few activities and I really enjoyed most of them.

The app is updated with the new activities each month, and it has a great variety of different things to do.

From all the Buckt activities that I did, I mostly enjoyed the Archery and the Spanish class.
The Archery was a great experience and we played a couple of games as well.
The Spanish class was so good! We've learnt about the language history, and at the end of the class, we were able to introduce ourselves in Spanish, and say a couple of things about our age and nationality.

Regarding Buckt's customer service, Debbie was really helpful and she tried to help me with an app issue.

However, the issue is not sorted yet, as I can't see my June's activities, but hopefully they will sort that out as it's already the middle of the month.

I've been member of buckt for a few months. I stumbled upon it randomly on insta, and what a find!
And frist I wasn't sure it was real like most the random adverts on I St that you see, but I can confirm it most definatly is.
I've done a few things, quiz nights, comedy, segway, archery, mini golf.
Out of the 5 ( sometimes get a bounces 1) I can say there is 3/4 that I would understake. Which for the price of just £30 a month it's good value. Considering tickets for some vary from £5-£15 sometimes even more and all you've paid is £30. Both me and my husband benefit, and it's given us post covid something to so most weekend and looks forward to without braking the bank!
I've discovered lots of different things you can do in Birmingham it's not my home town but it's not far which is why we choose it.
So I'm rediscovering the city which is also great.
Feedback is always welcome and they seem to want to strive to please the customer, and Improve the service. Had a great conversation with Debbie who phone as a lot of report of app issue, so that was really nice to have them call you to make sure you can access the app, how many companies would do that?... After the conversation and feedback I game it was welcomes and I felt taken in board. They are always a email away and do respond.

All in all great little company and great activies.
So if you thinking of going for I would!

Only negative is some month may only be one - two actives that you may wants / can/able but weigh up the cost usually it's works itself out, hopefully in the future will be something in place if you are unable to do all 5 given.

Dreadful dreadful experience, buyer beware! I opted for the £9.99 trail and didn't use any of the activities as they were so restrictive - different dates to contact them to book, then different timeframes to be used in, different emails you receive from various companies who would then go into your spam. When I tried to cancel it said I wouldn't be able to use anything so it recommended pausing. I didn't opt for June it must have defaulted to that, then lonand behold I get no warning and they take the money. Customer service aren't interested, it's clearly their tactic to get money out of people. I really hate underhand tactics, which is clearly what they do as you can see from the number of 1 star reviews on here along with the number of 5 star reviews from people who have never left a review for anything else...ie they are fake!

I’ve been a member of Buckt a few months now and I’m really enjoying it. I often bring my friends along and we enjoy trying new activities together. I love supporting new business’ and they really make the effort with you, listen to you and make you feel valued as their customer. I’m excited to see the company grow. A new app is coming out soon which will help with the booking process to make it more streamlined. I definitely recommend trying out Buckt to see if it’s for you. You won’t be disappointed. 😀

Me and My partner have signed up to this for over a year now and do every event we can. Great value for money and you do things you wouldn't of known about.

Debbie is really good at giving you information on activities if needed and making sure your all ready. Fantastic customer support.

I have been a buckt member now since launch in Manchester area and I have enjoyed every activity. They offer a wide range of activities which encourages you to do things out of your comfort zone and meet new people! I couldn't recommend it enough! it has kept me busy every weekend for months now. If your looking for fun activities at a fraction of price I highly recommend!!

I subscribed to Buckt in December when they had an offer on and then paused my subscription with no issues due to moving house, until last month. I love that you get mystery activities, I feel that adds to the excitement and it gives you the opportunity to do things you wouldn't have done otherwise, such as the last 2 weekends I have done segwaying and kayaking which were both fun and the weather was beautiful which made it even better! Any issues I've had, I have emailed them and always received a response with help, even if this was the next day or day after. I've recommended Buckt to lots of people and it is worth the money for something different :)

I was bought this as a gift by my son.
I could not use the gift without putting my card details in, which I thought a bit strange but was made to believe this was incase extras where needed to pay for on the experiences.
They con you into a subscription.
I could not deal with anyone in person, only by email and when they bother to get back to you they say there's nothing they can do about it.

Absolutely love Buckt. It's fantastic value for the price, offering 5 activities per month that my partner and I fill our time doing. It's a fantastic solution for date nights and trying random new hobbies and interests in London. We've done all sorts from Salsa Dancing, Axe Throwing, Bouldering, Meditation Classes, Dungeons & Dragons, Art classes etc etc - all things we wouldn't know where to start with on our own.

We recommend Buckt to everyone we know and can't wait to find out our suprise activites at the start of each month.

Sure - the app and booking system and stuff can be a bit clunky - but this is a start-up with a great concept who are continuing working on improving the experience, with a rapidly growing customer base. Plus, the customer service representatives are always on hand to help.

If you are considering this then do it - its a no brainer. £20 a month each for me and my partner is less than a round of drinks and its been great fun. Thanks Buckt and keep up the good work!

Great customer service, Debbie handled my issue for me immediately after i emailed her with no delays and kept calling me personally on the phone to check up on me and make sure everything was solved. she was very patient and i ended up having a great experience at funlands

We are loving the Buckt activities we get through our London Duo subscription.
It such a great concept; 5 random fun activities provided each month for a set fee is very good value.
We are born and bred Londoners with active social and cultural lives but are still surprised by some of the random things offered; museums we didn’t know existed, craft workshops, weird sports - Axe Throwing anyone ?
Most activities are held in nice pubs/bars thereby giving an opportunity to extend the evening /day and dine too.
Tickets are uploaded onto an APP each month but the booking process is a little onerous and you really need to keep a separate track of your bookings - we have a spreadsheet!
But that said help is always on hand through email support and a lovely lady called Debbie who has been brilliant in ironing out any issues quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend Buckt to everyone, it’s great for Date Nights but also for meeting new people and getting out and about in London.
Each month we eagerly await our new tickets to see what exciting fun activities are coming our way!
No repetitions so far and loving every minute. Keep it up Buckt !!

I was gifted a duo subscription for Christmas and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the past few months. We’re always looking forward to the beginning of the month to see what activities we’ll receive. So far there’s been such a mixture of things that most of the time we would have never found or considered doing. We’ve been to a comedy club, had a Spanish lesson (with a really delightful teacher), a lightsaber class, Buddhist meditation session, a basketball game, archery lesson, tubing, and many more.
I really can’t recommend this subscription enough. Practically everyone I meet I mention it to from work colleagues to taxi drivers.

To balance the review out I think there are a couple of points that they need to work on. The booking process is a little clunky and could do with remembering stored details so you don’t have to type everything out each time. Also, the app is not very good but I’m told that’s being worked on right now to improve the functionality and appearance.

Overall I’d definitely give it a 5/5. I can’t wait to see what we get next.

Marco was a great Spanish teacher and clearly made everyone feel valued and welcome working with him despite our mixed abilities! Definitely recommend learning from him again!

Done Buckt for 4 months now and loving it! Doing activities that I wouldn't usually do and it makes a nice change. As I can try it with such a lost cost with this subscription. Waiting for cocktail masterclass and Quirky Quarter to come up.
