Good way to get out of the house.

Massive shame about the customer service. I wasn't able to use the service for a month because of a family bereavement. Maybe my expectations should have been lower but I find it hard to understand why a company would refuse to offer a refund for that month (if the customer intends to continue using the service). 🤖

I have been a Buckt user since January 2023 and, if I'm being honest, I thought I'd just use the discounted first month of membership, and then cancel my membership, but I've loved it so much I decided to stay on! My boyfriend and I have a duo subscription and, for £40 only, we get 5 pairs of tickets for different events/activities, and we've loved most of them. It's super varied - on top of my head, I can think of comedy, bouldering, golf, japanese class, museums... A super wide range! Strongly recommend it!

I cancelled my subscription after the £9.99 deal to sign up. I was then randomly charged in March with no notification or email to explain why and was continued to be charged in April and May. I was then sent an email saying my account had been renewed on the 1st of May. I had not renewed this and had already been charged 3 payments before receiving this email. Please be careful using this company as it looks like they have no control over their payment collection side of things. I am in touch with their support team at the moment and will amend my review depending on the outcome of that conversation.

I've been a Buckt subscriber for over a year now & absolutely love it!

The activities are so varied - from mainstream things like Cinema/Bowling, to things we would never think of doing like flower arranging or sumo suit wrestling. All are so much fun & at only £40 for 2 tickets to 5 different activities in a London subscription it's SO WELL PRICED! It takes the stress out of planning days out & gives us so many fun memories/experiences. We love finding out our new activities at the beginning of the month - it's such a good surprise and a really unique subscription service.

Buckt have always been very clear on how to redeem activities/time frames that we need to book by, very rarely have I needed to contact customer service because I've hardly ever had questions but when I have - it's always been quick, clear, friendly & immediately resolve any issues. Debbie & Arslan are the two people I've had assistance from at Buckt and their customer service is fantastic.

Would highly recommend and looking forward to continuing my subscription!

Have been a subscriber since 2019 and still getting new and exciting activities. Really love the variety and chance to experience things I didn't even know about. Have done it all from mead tasting, meditation, car drifting, rage room, dance classes. You name it and they've found it. Love that Buckt have now implemented an easy way to pause the subscription for when life gets just a little bit too busy - means I don't need to cancel and resubscribe any time I need a break!

This experience giver was gifted to me by my wife and so far have enjoyed every experience offered. From the Meditation session to Indoor crazy golf to the most recent, a Magic Show on Thursday just gone, it's been a blast. The thing I've enjoyed the most however has got to be the wealth of variety available in terms of experiences, opening up areas I hadn't necessarily considered, from watching and supporting local basketball (and other sporting) events, trying archery to playing new board games with their creators, as testers, before some have even entered the market!
It's a subscription worth signing upto. Fully recommended

We have used buckt now for well over two years i believe. We have been able to try so many different types of activities and events, that we would never have thought about looking into. Everything from music production, bowling, lightsaber training to comedy nights, museum tours and pottery! We get a great variety every month! Would definitely recommend :-)

WASTE OF MONEY!!!
The tickets I was sent were worthless - I was even sent tickets for a FREE museum!!
You have a very limited amount of time to book and the dates available for different activities were very specific and few. My tickets apparently expired before I managed to arrange anything, so I paid for nothing... bit of a cheek when I had to chase them for them in the first place too!
The instructions are very muddly and not clear at all... everything is small print.
None of the experiences were anywhere near where I live either.
I did try to contact customer service also, but that's a myth!! They don't have a contact number, everything is email - which they have just simply ignored!
It's a shame because the concept of the service is great and me and my daughter were excited about what to expect.
I will be telling everyone not to bother with this unless they have money to throw away!!!

I have been enjoying my buckt experience. Its been getting me out trying new things each month which I wouldn’t have ever thought of doing!! The customer service is great Debbie is so helpful!

Those that give this place a 1star havnt actually tried it... Only tried to cancel it. No idea why you would cancel as we've had our subscription for 6 months now and love it
Yeah some months we might only use 2 vouchers... But this month we've already booked in for all 5 activities

Last month we ate great burgers and went to a comedy club! I don't want to tell people about this as I don't want my subscription to go up or change if everyone knows about this, hidden gem!

Great company with a range of experiences from comedy clubs and cocktail making workshops to basketball matches and sumo wrestling. Customer service is quick and easy. The app could be more user friendly to begin with but once you get your first activities it is much easier to use. No booking required, they book via the venue for you and you just show up. Very supportive company and inclusive with activities and people's needs. I can't wait for next month's tickets. Amazing experience for someone like me who is up for anything and trying new things! Incredible value for money.

Great fun for new things to do!! Had this for a few months now and definitely get your money worth with the activities. Looking forward to what we have booked!!

Great and fun activities and amazing value for money. I keep discovering new things to do it town.

Such a brilliant way to try new activities. We have done a whole range of things from cocktail making to axe throwing and everything in between. A few of our friends have now joined to and it is a great way of doing some different together. Would definitely recommend, good value for money too.

Joined Buckt last year, as a way for me and my husband to find different ways to spend time together.
We have had so much fun doing the activities that have been sent to us every month.
Some examples of things we have done, London bus tour, axe throwing, gong bath, flower arranging, played board games and most recently a light saber duel.
These are all real places with qualified instructors and you get a lot for your money each month.
We have had to pause our subscription for a couple of months because we can't keep up with the amount of activities we have to do.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something different to do with their partner or friends.

Really good value for money staff are really helpful, also and on hand if you have any issues. Considering what you pay its a steal for the activities you recieve. I will update my review with pictures once I partake in this months activities. Good value great options x

My boyfriend and I have had our subscription for just over a year now and it's great! Always a good mix of activities and good value for money if you make the most of them. App is easy to use and staff are really helpful, especially with re-arranging etc.

We weren't sure what to expect (activity wise) when we bought this so for anyone in the same boat, these are a few of our favourites so far: sixes cricket, point blank shooting, sumo-suit wrestling, cocktail making class at Revolucion de Cuba, laser tag

Signed up using the £9.99 first month promo, recieved my 4 activity pass choices within a few weeks, had 6 to choose from, all great activities. Booked my first one within a week, easy to contact the Buckt team for any queries I had and was responded back to very quickly, DEFO worth the money. Cant wait to book a few more activities. Great idea for couples, friends, or even to buy as a gift for someone. Gives you options to add on other guest to the activities too. SUPER FUN!

Never have to wonder what I'm doing this weekend anymore, Buckt has me covered. There's everything, from action packed adventures, to wind down meditations.
My favourite day of the month is the day I get to see my new activities 😂
Were having so much fun

I absolutely love this company! I initially decided to use Buckt just to see if it would give me new ideas for things to do with my friends because the price seemed decent. I didn't actually think that it would give me anything interesting to do!

I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of events - there's sporting activities, classes/workshops and just plain relaxing exercises! There's a perfect mix of physical and more mellow activities so there's something for everyone.

I truly recommend this company to anyone looking to get involved in something new and just generally have fun! I have never had any problems and have found that me and my friends actually meet up more often now!
