Difficulties with communication with an Agent.

First time l've used these guys. Was a bit nervous cus they were cheaper than anyone else but they seem to be legit!!

Booking service process.

I will say this was the best experience for a last minute flight buy. I have been working really hard to make sure I have the money for me and my wife to go this trip and with everything that has happened we are still able to take a break and go on a beautiful trip.

I booked my trip from the United States to Romania through BudgetAir. While the first flight operated as scheduled, the second flight was canceled. The alternative options offered were consistently hundreds of dollars more expensive.

Initially, I was told that the New York–Bucharest flight was available and that I could pay extra to upgrade to a higher class. However, when I contacted the airline directly, I was informed that the flight had actually been canceled. That felt very misleading, as I was being encouraged to spend more money on an upgrade for a flight that was no longer operating.

The entire experience resulted in many wasted hours, significant frustration, and potentially hundreds of dollars in additional costs if I had accepted the alternatives offered. The communication was confusing, and the support provided was not helpful in resolving the situation.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BudgetAir.

Easy process. Great website design. No hidden charges. I loved the process, nice and simple with great prices.

It was very friendly website c and easy to use features and prices quoted were competitive. Tge confirmation came very fast

Terrible communication. Did not answer questions or contact back to give proper information resulting in a missed flight - still did not offer refund or flight credits

The worst experience ever. I booked a flight with them for three people. They canceled the booking without providing an alternative flight, claiming the airline made the cancellation. Then they told me I would receive travel vouchers, and lied again, saying the decision was the airline's. However, the airline confirmed that their information was misleading and incorrect, and that they had given them a special authorization for a refund six weeks prior, but they ignored this and demanded the vouchers without my consent. In short, a bunch of scammers and thieves who never send emails with any information. I will be filing a formal complaint against them.

This is the first time I have booked a ticket on my own and I used this and it was good

Your reservation system left no space between my first and middle names so Porter could not confirm my reservation and I was able to check in online or at the airport kiosk. After waiting in a long line at airport to check in, Porter almost said I couldn't board because there was not enough time before the flight. I convinced them to check me in because I have a Global Entry pass

You need to package your pricing, not nickle and dime a potential customer to death.

Purchased a seat but was canceled without any notification. I was able to purchase the seat directly from the airline. Otherwise, everything was ok.
