I booked tickets from budget air, the deal was great, customer support available 24/7 and picked up calls quick; most importantly it’s in Australia and and and Australian 🇦🇺 organisation. I loved the experience!

The system changed the booking to 3 months earlier. I had paid insurance which was to permit me to change my booking and /or obtain a full refund. The company is now refusing to pay me the refund. So dont bother paying for insurance this company will not honour any policy you pay to have.

Easy to book the ticket, but suddenly the price going up. Might be due to the demands.

The worst airline booking experience I have ever had. Since my dad has had undergone a major open heart surgery, and I submitted a medical certificate and all documents that my dad cannot travel.
They have not raised a request to airlines at all and instead lied to us that the airlines have rejected and the patient isn’t passenger at all on the ticket!
I called airlines directly and they confirmed we are eligible for 100% refund and haven’t received any request from budgetair.
I have called them n number of times. I am 9 months pregnant and dealing my father’s medical condition and calling them and trying to contact them every 2 hours once.
They don’t answer promptly and they have been just bullying around and the flight is now in 4 days. I have raised request 10 days ago. Everytime I call them back they say request has been rejected. They are a big scam!
They operate customer care from
India and service for Australia. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
