I’ve been with budget about 7 years
I’ve been with budget about 7 years , they are absolutely brilliant, everytime my discount is up I get another one so my Tarif is always cheaper they are brilliant too talk too as well super friendly big thanks to nadine from budget too my advice is if your thinking off leaving please contact them and be honest they will 100 percent fight too keep you xx thankyou budget energy

Competitive Tariffs
I’m happy with Budget Energy. Competitive tariffs and good customer service. I didn’t give 5 stars as the app doesn’t work for DD customers. In addition, once you login to the website a credit balance on your account shows as a minus. Got quite a shock as I thought we owed £170. It does however show on the bill as a credit.

I signed up with Budget a year ago on a Fixed Price with a rep who called to my door. It's the first time I have been offered a Fixed Price. As promised my rate was fixed for the year and I have renewed for a 2nd year with another competitive deal. So very happy.
