The flowers arrived on time!

The flowers arrived on time. They were supposed to be signed for which they did not do and left on my porch. I was home luckily and had signed up for notifications by fedex so that’s how I found out they arrived. They were beautiful! The fusha color wasn’t as bright as the pictures but they were still beautiful. They worked perfectly for my wedding and I had so many left over from making my bouquets to set out as decorations and spent a lot less than I was quoted by local florists. I would recommend them for anyone not wanting to break the bank on flowers.

Respo see to Bunches Direct! Are You Kidding Me????

@BunchesDirect...Unfortunately there is no easy way to reply to your comment to my review, so I am forced to respond by writing a new review. I am as “shocked” to read your reply as you are to read my review. That is the MOST dishonest response I have ever read. First of all your STAFF WAS CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY, as soon as I became aware of the issue...as evidenced by the photos I sent you with the plastic sleeve peeled back. AS I HAVE STATED TO YOUR COMPANY A MINIMUM OF THREE TIMES NOW, I contacted you two days after delivery, when I discovered the rot that was present, and the flowers had to be tossed!!!! For you to respond to my review, and imply that I was at fault because I neglected to contact you within a reasonable amount of time is comical!!! I have numerous emails and photos to support my position. Even my local florist completely replaces deliveries that go bad within two days...so your “12 hour policy” is a joke! Secondly, all anyone reading this has to do is Google your company’s reviews and they will see that the issue I had is nothing new. I only wish I’d done my due diligence prior to placing an order with you, and am glad that the other companies I ordered from provided a product that lived up to their hype.

Additionally, you may want to call your staff together for a meeting, because whoever told you I neglected to contact you within a reasonable amount of time is clearly misrepresenting things. Communication is obviously breaking down there.

Don’t worry...since you failed to do the right thing and refund my money for the moldy rotten lilacs you sent me, I have taken matters into my own hands. I told you that I would take action that would reflect negatively on your company, and have done so. You see...this review is only ONE of four that I have posted. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (No surprise that I wasn't the first!) You’re lucky this $319 fiasco isn’t worth me spending the money to take you to small claims court. No judge out there wouldnt look at my evidence and find you at fault...regardless of your “12 hour policy”. However, I’m sure you bank on most consumers having my same mindset. Enjoy my $319!!!

I bought 150 red roses from bunches…

I bought 150 red roses from bunches direct for an event that was being held for my final year capstone project and they came in great quality. They arrived nicely packaged, all I had to do was prep them for the centrepieces I was going to use them for. Their customer service was good as well too, as one of their representatives even gave me advice for my centrepieces and helped me on deciding on how to style the flowers as well. Would order from them again if I had to.

Terrible product & customer service

Terrible quality product and customer service. I wouldn't recommend using Bunches Direct to provide flowers for any event you have, especially not your wedding. The flowers I received were damaged, wilted, and unusable, and they would not approve a refund because the pictures did not provide enough evidence.

Our staff reviewed your photos as soon as they were received but unfortunately they only showed a few of the flowers and not the full extent of the damage you outline here. Our staff requested more photos to show all the damage but as these were not received we offered a refund for half the flowers even though not all were documented, as well as a store credit. As you accepted this resolution we were very sorry to then see this negative review. Our flowers are very fresh direct from the farms, but as flowers are a highly perishable product we do ask for a quick photo to demonstrate any damage that may occur in transit so that we can follow up with either farms, florist or courier and so that we can provide prompt refunds for any issues you may experience. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide further refund based on the photos we were given and for any disappointment you experienced.

So not a long time ago my father…

So not a long time ago my father married on a beautiful lady. She is from Miami and lives in great area by the sea. Holiday was in last month of February. I think is a good event. Surprise for my mom in law)

I ordered flowers with delivery for my mother-in-law. I try to became the best  daughter so I chose a proven company which was used by my friends. They bought flowers here for their wedding. I chose a gorgeous bouquet of red roses. The flowers were delivered to her work at the exact time I chose. She was in awe of the fact that the whole office was jealous! And now she loves me!

If I could give zero stars I would! We ordered my daughters flowers for her wedding, and they were delivered to the wrong address, Unfortunately it took them four days to figure this out and my daughter’s wedding had come and gone. We had to go to a grocery store and buy flowers because by the time we learned That her flowers were missing in action, it was too late to even get a florist as it was the night before her wedding. I have been fighting with them for four days to get my money refunded and they are doing everything in their power to not have to do that. I would not work with this company! Not only do I work in customer service but I’ve also worked in the bridal industry and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life they are full of excuses and want to take no responsibility for their that her flowers were missing in action, it was too late to even get a florist as it was the night before her wedding. I have been fighting with them for four days to get my money refunded and they are doing everything in their power to not have to do that. I would not work with this company! Not only do I work in customer service but I’ve also worked in the bridal industry and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life they are full of excuses and want to take no responsibility for the error. Hello Angela, We sincerely apologize that the delivery company was unable to deliver to the hotel directly, but was directed to another area due to the security in this military area. We were unaware that there would be security in place in the military area. We carefully prepared and sent the flowers and were also dismayed to hear that they were not picked up in the secure area. We checked with the customer service team and they relay that UPS informed them that the flowers were delivered on time, in the morning, and not that they were left in the secure receiving area as they were not allowed to go to the hotel. We do apologize for this as it was certainly not our intention to make the flowers and then have them not reach you. We have forwarded your review to the customer service manager and asked them to more promptly resolve the issue for you. Our apologies for the obvious disappointment and inconvenience you experienced on such an important day.

Horrific Customer Service

I paid a lot of money for my bridal bouquet, my bridesmaid bouquet, boutonnières and corsages. I carefully reviewed the pre made bouquets on the Bunches Direct website and carefully reviewed the sizes of the flowers. My order arrived on Wednesday for a Saturday wedding. First of all, my flowers arrived damaged. The Delivery company had stepped on the package and crushed my flowers. There was even a clear footprint on the box. I immediately contacted Bunches Direct for replacement and I sent pictures via email. The day they arrived I was finishing last minute details with a thousand errands and the company told me I only had twelve hours to submit additional pictures of the damaged flowers. REALLY?

Not only was that poor customer service, but the bouquets were horrible. They were less than half the size as advertised, the flowers were all dying when I received them, besides being smashed. I tried to revive them by following the specific directions sent with the flowers and it did not work. My wedding was beautiful, but the flowers purchased from Bunches Direct were horrific. I am an event planner and would have considered ordering flowers in bulk from this company for my events, however, with their horrific customer service and horrible flowers, I will not do so ever again. How does a company treat a bride so poorly when it is a crucial event in their lives.

WARNING: hidden costs

I needed a few purple carnations to round out the decor for my wedding so I started price checking online. Bunchesdirect.com was the cheapest around for the amount I wanted. I got 30 carnations for $20! Not bad! Until after I entered my credit card information and hit the buy icon... then the shipping popped up....$40! My 30 carnations were suddenly costing me $60 or $2 a piece. Within 5 minutes of ordering I called the company and explained what happened. I told them I would like to cancel my order. They said I could do that but there would be a $25 cancellation fee. More then the advertised cost of the flowers! They were totally unhelpful and tried to make it look like it was my fault that the shipping price hadn’t showed up before I bought the flowers but they never denied that the shipping didn’t show until after the purchase was made. The sales assistant I talked to repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to say. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Our delivery fees are listed on the site and accessible from the home page, for those customers who wish to check what shipping costs prior to ordering.
When placing your order, there is a button that says "Calculate order price". This provides any customer who wishes to check their total prior to charging their card, the opportunity to do so. it tallies and provides a clear total for the cost of the flowers, the shipping and any relevant taxes.
You can then click "Submit Order." Once the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent with all the information in that.

Unfortunately yes, once an order is placed, a $25 fee applies to all cancellations. This helps us address our staff and admin costs to process the order, to cancel it in our system and refund the credit card, and to cancel any flower orders that are generated in our inventory system with our farms.

Our cancellation policy is also posted on the website, accessible from the home page under "Policies and Procedures." Our staff emailed you several times to explain and to provide the policy and also did their best to explain the posted policy again by phone. We do apologize if any of this information was not accessed prior to you placing your order and for any disappointment that resulted.
