The first invoice I sent was for assessment physiotherapy. As there wasn't assessment to chose I sent it as a Consult. Instead it was paid as therapy and it reduced my allowance for therapies. Not happy at all.

Had or still have dental insurance.
Paid last year even if I cancelled thus shift in my benefits at work cuz they only want to take.
Could make no claim cuz they told me many times they will not pay my back for shitty reasons.
They are garbage at so many levels and they will keep taking your money year after year no matter how hard you try to end the shitty policy.

Initial contact was very straightforward.
I had expected some documentation to confirm our conversation. However, when I raised this on a follow up call we quickly established that BUPA did not have my Email details and the matter was promptly resolved. Excellent customer service during the follow up call, unfortunately I do not recall the staff members name but well done to her.

Saw Dr.Nikita Naik for persistent hamstring pain that had been bothering me for weeks. Really impressed with the whole experience. Dr. Nikita took the time to actually listen to my symptoms and didn’t rush the appointment. She explained what was likely causing the pain, and walked me through both immediate relief options and a rehab plan. She gave me
a clear diagnosis, exercises I could start at home, and a realistic timeline for recovery. I am feeling a lot better after starting the exercises.
I would definitely recommend her for any muscle pain or sports injuries.

Dr. Folaranmi and his team were exceptional. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and confident that we were in the very best hands. He explained everything clearly and took the time to come and see both of my children once their surgery was complete, which meant so much to us.

I was made to feel like my concerns were valid and I felt like I was listened to rather than feeling like I was on a timer to get all my information across in a short space of time to be given an assumption on what it may be and sent on my way.
I had such a positive experience and will happily use the service again.

The process is really easy to navigate. Getting an appointment the next day was incredibly quick. Speaking to the Physio Krosta was excellent he was really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made me feel like I was in good hands. The referral arrived later that day as promised and I was able to get my consultant appointment booked for 3 week’s time which is fabulous. All of this was achieved within 48hours, so impressive
