I've had several health issues to address in the last year and a half or so, and I have to say I am very happy with how easy and helpful Bupa has been to use.
I have found GPs available same day or next day, who have taken the time to listen, make questions and take into account my own needs and preference. Then the following process with Bupa has always been quick and smooth. Bupa customer service is also always available and brilliant if you have doubts about your policy or if you would like to see a specific consultant that was not initially listed for you when the treatment is first approved.
Overall I find that the quality of the service is very high and that Bupa puts intentional effort to make the process easy for the patient.

I went to the Sevenoaks medical centre after fracturing my kneecap. I had already been to Pembury on the Sunday and I can't fault the service from there.
The doctor i saw at Sevenoaks was very pleasant but very dismissive.
He said he was too busy if surgery was needed.
I had an x-ray and an MRI at Sevenoaks.
I never got the results from the MRI.

Took out a policy and needed to claim, went through Bupa doctors, to be referred etc. Then they tell me I am not covered as it is classed as a pre existing condition. Turns out the doctor Bupa end have put the wrong dates down. I've now seen my own doctor and Bupa still don't believe me. So I am having to get the doctor to fill in additional paperwork (3 times I called Bupa and they said they would send and didn't) now my doctors surgery are charging me to complete the paperwork and might take 2 weeks. So far the process has taken nearly a month and I still can't use my medical cover due to Bupas mistake!!!! So frustrating, call team are helpful but don't always send what they say they will. Overall I'm paying for a premium and not being able to use their service due to their mistakes!

So easy. I have a Bupa dentist and they push the claim through while you wait so I don’t have to obtain receipts and then have the hassle of claiming the money back.

Everything from start to finish was excellent.
Everytime I called Bupa services they were very polite and responded very quickly and the GP service with Bupa is outstanding, superb service I could book and appointment with the GP with Bupa to a time that suited me and have a live chat over the phone at that given time and the GP’s were really understanding and helpful with giving all the advice I asked for.

BUPA's response to my phone cal was extremely helpful, resulting in a speedy telephone appointment with a BUPA GP, a very positive and helpful discussion with her and a quickly arranges physio appointment.

Very well looked after and the procedure was professional.
With regards to using bupa - very easy. Only minor complaint is why not send some of the claim summary in email rather than having to log in every time.
