No follow up

The GP I met said that he was going to refer me for a scan of some sort but I have heard nothing since.

Brilliant Service

Brilliant service all round, from the GP appointment, to how quickly I got to have scans and see a specialist.

The GP even called me up checking in on me and making sure id been able to get booked in to see a specialist.

Very helpful cotumer service

Very helpful cotumer service, explained step by step instructions what to do, made it very easy. A choice of consultants to choose from and appointment was made really quickly.

I decided to try the dental cover

I decided to try the dental cover. I found a local BUPA dentist, booked in. Saw a lovely dentist and all sorted as part of my cover. Excellent service

Network exemtion granted without fuss

The original hospital on the countrywide list failed to have the correct range of plates available for fixation and the op was cancelled at the very last second. A second urgent admission was agreed for London - not normally covered by my policy. The telephone is answered by BUPA promptly and professionally. The slight downside is that BUPA only pay for their own physios and will not even make a part contribution towards a non-BUPA physio.

Direct access to consultants regarding cancer

The ability to receive direct access to a consultant regarding a possible cancerous skin condition without the need for a GP referral meant a much shorter wait for diagnosis and thus much less anxiety overall.

BUPA are always so easy to deal wih.

BUPA are always so easy to deal with.
A few years ago the company I work for changed to different one and they were awful, only stayed with the new one for a year as there was so many complaints.
