I contacted Bushcraft Parties for my son 7 year birthday party. Lauren and Alexei have been very helpful in sharing tips to make the party a success and the instructor Nanou has been great on the day. She has kept the children safe and focused. It has been the best party ever, kids loved the activities and parents loved it too. I cannot recommend it more

Parents and children loved the bushcraft party! The children couldn’t stop playing with the bows and arrows they made themselves. Couple of the parents said it was the best birthday party they’ve been to. All thanks to the amazing instructors who were so fantastic with the children, they knew how to get the best out of the children so they could enjoy the activities in a fun and safe way. It was wonderful to be in nature on a beautiful autumn afternoon watching kids be kids!

The best birthday party we have done for our kids. Shayo was so impressive, managed 30 kids effortlessly. Kids were excited, engaged and left the party with new skills and big smiles. We and other parents loved seeing kids explore the nature; great alternative to, at time, overstimulating soft plays, bouncy places and entertainers. Also, you should go for the option of eating bugs, kids were surprisingly adventurous. Great memories, many many thanks Shayo!!

Thank you Bushcraft for a party to remember. Mo was amazing and held the attention of the kids throughout. They loved all the activities - especially the bow and arrows and making fire. And in particular thank you for being so accommodating when the weather forecast looked like it was going to be unkind. In the end we were all having such a good time we barely noticed the rain.

Joetta was fantastic- the children were enthralled. She was amazing at engaging them whilst also ensuring they listened and kept safe. The kids (and adults) loved it! Den making, bow and arrow making, marshmallow toasting - kids loved doing something different and so memorable! Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful Bushcraft Party for my daughter's 7th birthday - it was such a unique experience, all the children had the best time, building dens, making bows and arrows, lighting their own fire (probably for the first time!) and toasting marshmallows! Shayo was such a brilliant host for our party, all the parents were so impressed - especially great for our daughter and all her girl friends to have another female teaching them "survival skills" - can't recommend enough.

Our host (Victoria) was excellent. We had bad weather which was unfortunate, but Victoria's enthusiasm never faltered, and she got all the kids energies up despite the rain (not always easy with a group of 8 year olds!)
The kids had a wonderful time, with particular highlights being the bow and arrow making, the tug of war, and the marshmallow toasting.
Would absolutely recommend for a kids birthday party (just hope you get better weather than us!)

I really cannot recommend Bushcraft Parties enough. I felt I was taking a leap of faith after booking them having found them online without ever seeing them in action, but I'm so glad we did. My son absolutely loved his 6th birthday party as did all 15 other 5 and 6 year olds. There were squeals of joy when they were able to light sparks with flint and try worms. The tug of war was a real hit, as was shelter building and now and arrow making. My son was made to feel really special by Mo as the first person to try and light the fire and captain the tug of was team. No injuries, no tears - lots of shouts of "best party ever!". It was a really unique party and despite rain went really well. Booking and communication in advance was really clear. If you are in South London I recommended Dulwich/Sydenham wood as a venue: couldn't have had a better spot for shelter building

Victoria was our lead for our sons party and she was brilliant from the start very engaging with the children and helping all of them individually with their tasks. They loved the bow and arrows and eating bugs at the end! Was lots of fun! One thing they could add is adding stripes to their faces at the start like they are a tribe. Very interactive!

Such a great party, Angelika was fabulous with the kids, super organised in the run up to the party, brilliant on the day, they had such a great time - muddy, happy children - the very best!!

Bushcraft Parties and our party leader — Joetta, made our party so much fun! Children were fantastically engaged for 2hours. Both parents and children said it was the best party they had ever been too! It offered a wonderful outdoor experience, which felt safe and happily under control. The children learnt new techniques, which have stayed with them. It was a joint party for my son (5) and daughter (7), it worked well for both ages and genders. We’d absolutely recommend Bushcraft Parties.

Flexible and helpful team and brilliant bushcraft teacher! 11 year old kids had a blast!

We had a brilliant experience using Bushcraft Parties for our daughter's 6th birthday party yesterday. Our instructor, Shayo, was absolutely fantastic and so lovely! Shayo was spectacular with the kids (all 26 of them!) - both Shayo and the activities themselves were super engaging and kept the kids entertained for the entirety of the 2 hours. All the activities were a hit with the kids, even the bug eating for the braver ones! Everyone had a fantastic time and we have had loads of positive feedback from other parents. Thank you so much, Shayo, you were wonderful xx

Absolutely brilliant party! Alexei arrived with a bag of prepared activities and lots of ideas, knowledge and enthusiasm. He created a wonderful atmosphere which had the kids enthralled and thrilled to be trying out woodwork, making their own bows and arrows, and constructing camps in teams. Ending with the excitement of toasting marshmallows over a fire in the woods. Every single child had a fantastic time. We particularly loved that it was an outdoor event, integrated into the nature surrounding us, and noticed how the children's imaginations were sparked by the activities. A joy to behold! Thank you Alexei for an unforgettable party.

The instructor communicated well, was on time and experienced. Good with the kids and the party was so much fun and wonderfully unique. Thank you so much for a fab party- we all loved it and core memories created for the kids!

We had such a great time at our Bushcraft party! The instructor handled 25 rowdy 8 & 9 year old boys like water off a duck’s back. He kept them engaged & interested & they were so excited and eager to play the games & participate in the tasks. From start to finish, planning this party has been a breeze, with quick responses to emails, and a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced instructor on the day. All we had to do was provide the food, cake & going home gifts. It was such a fun & unique party and we’ve had so many positive messages from parents saying how much their child loved it, and enquiring about summer camp (which they do as well!). Would highly recommend.

We used Bushcraft Parties for our daughter's 8th party. It was a huge success - the girls all loved it and we got great feedback afterwards. Jo our host was brilliant at keeping them entertained for 2 hours, even in 30 degree heat!

Bushcraft Parties held a party for my 7 year old and he absolutely loved it! Jo was fantastic, she kept 16 children engaged, excited and interested in every activity. She made sure she tailored it to the children and made my son feel really special. Cannot recommend enough!

My 6 year old had a blast of a party. The communication with Alexei was fantastic and we were matched with an available instructor promptly. Nanou, our instructor was fabulous! The kids were engaged in a few different activities like den building, fire lighting, bow & arrrow making and marsh mallow toasting. They thoroughly enjoyed every activity and 2 hrs just flew by! Thanks again Bushcraft for making my son's day!!

Firstly, I would love to say a special thank you to your colleague Shayo. She’s been so caring from the start to the end, helping to get the structure sorted for me. She was always active and quick to respond, which took away so much of the stress during what can be such a difficult time organising a party. A big thank you to her!

Angelika also did an amazing job she was full of love, care, and smiles. She made the kids super happy and truly gave them a day to remember.

And lastly, thank you to the teacher I spoke with on the phone bless him. He sounded like nothing is impossible in life, and that kind of energy is so rare and inspiring.
