Completely professional service from start to finish. Sourced us a great property and the development quotation pack put together was done so extensively, having got each tradesman round to the house to price up the required works. This ensured we could move on to the next stage of our project fully informed. Communications as second to none, as Mac and Joe kept us both fully informed of the progress throughout and even accommodated my 11 hour Australian time difference. The quality of the finished properties speak for themselves when you view their page. Great service, great company.

As a new property investor, I was really dreading getting into the property market as I was sure that I would commit mistakes along the way, however, with Max’s help, I was able to find a suitable investment property that I have now converted into a serviced Accomodation unit! Max has helped me at every step: starting with finding a suitable mortgage, speaking to solicitors at times, he has also managed the works needed and helped with the staging process!
