I feel like they are OK for sellers but horrible with buyers. Make constant mistakes eg messing up agreed timings, and generally kind of rude. I've spoke to several at a couple different branches and hated every experience with them. Puts me off viewing any more houses with them.

Such an absolute pleasure to deal with Uflit when we were looking for a property to rent. Louise is very down to earth and professional, she kept us updated at every turn and from viewing to signing took only a few days and not weeks as we've experienced in the past. Everything is done online and was very thorough and we can't recommend the company high enough.

Me and my partner have been searching for a new To Let property since October. Its Now January and we've had the easiest two weeks of our lives after letting through Uflit. The customer service level is exceptional , friendly , understanding and courteous. We personally communicated with Joanne who is just fabulous ! Compared to other estate agents we have been in contact with through this process , she is by far the highest standard. From the first day Joanne conducted everything so incredibly efficiently we were able to get a viewing the same day we saw our future rental advertised. At no point did we feel left in the dark or waiting around for answers , even throughout the Christmas period we were updated accordingly before offices closed and again as soon as they opened. We were talked through openly and honestly every step of the way , and this has made our experience so much easier and smoother. Joanne is a huge credit to Uflit and represents their friendly and knowledgeable agents beautifully.
